I have never been to this place and recieved a promotion invite. It said on the invite to go to the cashier and give them my gift number. I arrived and see some host at the front who greet me. I explained I have this promo etc. They send me to the bar. The words said "you see that handsome man over there. Ask him about the promotion" so I say ok and head to the bar. After about 10 minutes of the bartender being busy I head back to the host. I ask them "can the server check the promotion or is the bartender the "cashier? ""They say yeah the server can tell you.The place has about 3 people and 100 tables. So she says "let me just check to see if we have a seat". After about 2-3 min. Of her saying things to herself she says "please follow me" place is loud and they have this robot bus boy who beeps and is constantly in the way. So she seats me at a very awkward table considering the amount of free tables. I'm basically next to the kitchen and the stage lol. It felt like I was by the bathroom or the busser area because this robot was constantly coming around beeping and actually very annoying. So the waitress shows up 10-15min later and apologies with this line "sorry to keep you waiting" it's been busy and if you are ready to order perfect"So I asked her about the Cobb salad. Like dressing, can I get no Bacon. Can I add Salmon. She said "blackened or grilled" I said grilled. She said it has balsamic, I asked for blue cheese dressing. Water is fine.About 45 minutes later the salad appears.Waitress says "sorry it took so long, salmon always takes extra time" weird I thought since it looks fast.Salad was very autistic in my opinion. Lettuce was older and abused. Tomatoes over ripe. Dressing was very tiny and could not keep up with the bitterness of the veggies. Salmon so dry (because it was sitting obviously)I need salt and guess what my table had none. The other 99 did.So waitress shows up 30min later asks how is everything. I tell her well I need salt and some more dressing. She takes 15min to bring it, at this point I'm over it. Place is loud,.robot hanging at the booth and probably the worse service I have ever seen. Yet polite in a backhanded way. Lots of small comments seemed very unprofessional. I would say $27 Cobb with Salmon is not worth it. Not returning and now I know why the place is empty. Constantly hit by this robot busboy..

Waitress get 5⭐ the restaurant didn't have certain food's and certain drink mixes.
I mean, it's burgers and fries and beers while waiting for your flight out of ONT. It's loud and overly-decorated, but it's my choice for noms at the place, at least at present.
The most disgusting, terrible excuse for a burger I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I ordered it medium rare and it came out beyond well done. It was like overcooked meatloaf, frozen for a month, and reheated in a microwave served as a burger. I was staving so I ate as much as I could (half) and when I told the waitress she told me she wished I had told her earlier. Not sure what that difference that would have made. Needless to say I won't be eating there again.
Went to the location down here in Kissimmee for lunch. Host was rude to me right off the bat and demanded I sit at the bar. Waitress seemed too concerned chatting with the couple sitting next to me to provide me with any sort of drink refill or silverware. Pizza I ordered was supposed to be cheese and was loaded with green peppers. Manager briefly apologized and...that's about it. Just eat elsewhere.
The food is terrible. It's so unbelievably loud that it is impossible to have a conversation. It was dirty, the service was slow, and the cocktails were weak. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Wings were ok (6 for $15), but the pizza was awful. Skimped on the cheese and the crust has the consistency of cardboard. Expensive beer, but this is the airport. The staff was friendly.
Traveling from Colorado to Riverside and back, we stopped by both times to grab a bite and a drink. Service was beyond amazing with Felicia and Daniel. The quality of food was really good. I had the gluten free (I'm a Celiac)pepperoni pizza and my wife enjoyed their burger. The parm fries are really good while enjoying the libations. Highly recommend!?
