This restaurant DOES NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS!!! So why does Open Table even have them on their site???? I understand that there is a note on the "reservation" confirmation from Open Table that this is not a reservation, but it does say "priority" on the confirmation. There was no "priority" given to us. We were put on the waitlist like everyone else who walked through the door without an Open Table confirmation. That is not right!!!!!
First time at Red Lobster in years. It's a much better experience than before. We were quite pleased with everything from the steak to the scallops. My family are not big seafood eaters like I am, so it was nice to see a more varied menu.
My wife and I always enjoy our food and service at this location. The STAFF Is always very Kynd, caring and usually prompt!!
I had a reservation with the restaurant and was forced to wait for an hour to be seated. Guests that arrived after me without a reservation were being seated before me. However the food was delicious.
Great server. A birthday for my 19 year old grandson.
Red Lobster was on point. Our server was nice and accommodated my little ones by seating us at a large booth. I had not patronized a Red Lobster for two years, but popped in to see if there was anything new on the menu. There was and I'm glad I did, as the Boston peach ice tea was delicious. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp Noodles, it was not the best, but I made it work. The restaurant was clean, not crowded, my party was not greeted when we arrived, but that is not a deal breaker. My family had a great experience and we will definitely eat here again.

I would recommend this place the food is good. However I will not use OpenTable again and I would decently will tell friend and family not to use this app. Because I made a reservation at the red lobster and they told me that I still have to wait 45 min from the 30 min that I had made my reservation so additional 45 for what? Useless to use this app if you still have to wait. I was better off going inside the restaurant and made my reservation instead of using OpenTable . No cool
