First time at Cane’s and was surely not disappointed! The drive thru line was insanely full so we dined in. They have friendly service and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food, which came out very hot and fresh. Everything was super tasty and filling. Really like their different number of chicken strips options. Will definitely be back due to the tasty food!
First time having Raising Cane's and was very impressed. The batter is crispy and delicious. The chicken inside is moist and steamy. The crinkle fries could use a seasoning of some kind. But the dipping sauce made up for that. Compares to Zaxby's chicken fingers on the East Coast.
It was lunch time and it was packed. There was no one outside taking orders like usual. They were taking peoples orders on the speaker which is fine since it was really hot outside! I went to the speaker and no one seemed to be answering me, but the other lane was moving. I was bothered on waiting so I drove to the first window and I mentioned to the lady that no one took my order! She was super apologetic and she took my order right there and then! She has an amazing sense of humor and she definitely knows how to make deep connections with customers! I believe her name is Alyssa! 5 stars for her!
This is the BEST place for fast food chicken strips! I got the kids meal which is more than enough food for one person. The outdoor patio is a nice place to enjoy your meal. And the "cane's" dipping sauce is delicious! If you love chicken strips and are looking for a quick low cost meal, check out Raising Cane's in Ontario!
I love this place! The chicken is cooked to perfection. I don't like dry chicken (or any meat) and Raising Cane's is juicy and delicious all white meat chicken fingers. They have good coleslaw if you're into it and the Texas toast is grilled just right. The fries are fresh and they make their iced tea and lemonade fresh every day. Trust me and try it at least once.
Always good. Flavors are consistent. Chicken is crunchy on the outside and moist on the outside. Of course the toast & fries are yummy with the canes sauce and the Coleslaw is just right - not too sweet. And lastly, the lemonade was perfect with lots of ice, dining outside with our dog. No pictures. I was hungry and forgot to take photos.

I came here on my lunch break and ordered the three finger combo. I had forgot to ask for it fresh so when I got to the window I asked the cashier if she could make sure that it was fresh and I was okay with waiting. She said “yeah sure it’ll be out in a sec” so then when I got my food as I’m eating it on my way back to work trying to beat time I found strands of hair in my food. I went it and was nice about it and the young lady that was helping was super rude & seemed not to really care about my order.
Where is the flavor? I thought I had Covid while eating the food because it didn’t taste like anything. First time trying and super disappointed. The fries weren’t fresh and didn’t had any salt, and the chicken was soggy no flavor. I will say the canes sauce and ketchup was good but that’s about it. Don’t get the hype.
Absolutely disappointed in this location! I was in the area with my family and decided to stop here because we love canes !! We ordered & when they called us up for our food they gave us 2 meals out of 5!! Claiming that’s all we ordered ! I showed her my receipt and she rudely went to get my other meals !! When I sat down I noticed my chicken tenders were NEARLY 1 inch long and wide !!! They looked like popcorn chicken I was so upset I paid almost 60 dollars for 5 meals!! Never going back
