Son's food came out with uncooked firm and cold noodles. We had to send back and he has to wait while we ate. We went for my dtrs birthday
After paying for the ballon character and the family photo that one can be guilted into buying⦠it takes a meal into the next price bracket really quick.
A little stuffy air quality wise, Iâd advise bringing a hand fan but the overall experience is amazing
Really bad food for a very high price. Not worth it . Resturaunt is a little run down
The check in process is frustrating. There appears to be one line but the employees seat people with reservations who cut the line. How are others who have reservations supposed to know they can go right to the front without waiting in the line? There should be better signage and organization, especially for people with reservations.
If you are planning to dine here ....make reservations to avoid the long wait time. My kiddos loved the whole experience. The balloon lady gave it an extra touch and she only charges what you think her work is worth. Food is a little pricey. The kids enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was wonderful and took good care of us

This is my daughterâs favorite restaurant and it was her birthday.
Our Server Kash made our experience wonderful. He went above and beyond to make my son who has a disability feel special. He even made me feel special. All the staff was welcoming and wonderful. My son sits with his phone waiting to record the storm. I so greatly appreciate the kindness and compassion. You donât get either of those anymore from service staff or management.
The server we had was excellent. The kitchen and people bringing out the food was awful. It took 45 min to get our Appetizers ( 2 ) and over an hour to get our food. The waiter was on top of checking and making sure we had everything we needed. We were told they were understaffed. The food was not that great except the burgers that were ordered were excellent. Pricy for what you get. I had salmon and shrimp and the salmon was over cooked and shrimp was cold.
