When I order on drive thru I had order large and when I got to the window I noticed my order was medium because of the drink so I told the guy on drive thru to change it large he kindly did but I didn't like the guy that was on kitchen staff because of a comment, he said a bad word saying people always change their mind . Who ever took my order didn't hear right and thats ok i didn't get mad I totally understand, I even told her if I could order at the windo but she said no and that guy shouldn't complain even if I would've changed my mind people always do the one star is because of him for his rude comment.
Stopped here after a Dr appt in the area. Drive thru was not moving so decided to go inside where the wait seemed even longer so back to the drive thru which moved quickly. Ordered 2 kids meals, the 1 pc strip actually comes with 2, an ? applesauce, kids coloring activity and crayons, and a box apple juice for under $5. Decided to try out the 3 piece beigent and that was delicious, small, and covered in a LOT of powdered sugar....but delicious ?
We stopped by during a road trip for a quick bite for the kids, ordered their crispy chicken sandwich and beignets for myself. I would have preferred a dusting of powdered sugar over the ½ cup that ended up in the bag, I just had to do a little digging. They were busy, customer service was cut and dry.
I keep saying I'm not going back to this location because they ALWAYS mess up your order, especially in drive through. ALWAYS ask for your receipt and check before you leave. Perhaps have more adult's working than a staff of teenagers....I asked for 3 piece spicy got home and had 2 piece regular, no receipt, I asked for easy ice which I got, but little soda. I wasted $10.84. NO MORE from this location....
Ordered two fish sandwiches one regular and one spicy but gave me two very spicy sandwiches neither one did we eat too far to go back in fix the order
Very DISAPPOINTED in this place!!!It was my go to spot for my chicken but I WIll Not be returning! CHECK ur soda cups!!! I was given a cup of coke with piece of metal in the bottom and when I called to tell a manager of that problem I was told maybe it was a dirty cup ( so your telling me we get reused cups?with metal pieces) SO SICK!!! ZERO stars for this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure u check ur item before you leave, they tend to miss you item on purpose, the dude checked my receipt twice for 6pc and still got me 4pc tenders and miss another biscuit, not worth drive back to wait another hour.
Waiting for 15mins to get the food, but gave wting items. It's ok, I'm not that picky, but better to check customer order before hand out.Thanks
Just went here for the first time, they hustle and work hard at this location. I hope the bosses recognize this and treat them right because these employees are on it.
Love Popeyes chicken though my last visit here wasn't great. I waited about 35min in the drive-thru only to be told they were out of chicken strips and that it would take 5 minutes for more to be ready. They then parked me and brought my chicken out 20min later. They asked me several times what sauce I wanted, yet only gave me 1 ranch, which wasn't what I asked for. Not nearly enough for the 10 strips I ordered. The inside was then locked and I couldn't get anyone to answer the door, so I could get the correct sauce. Though the chicken was good, but the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth.
