Terrible! The cashier locked the door 2 help serve the food food that wasn't even warm plus she was rude after inconveniencing us, everyone was upset, when she finally unlocked the door from Keeping us prisoners i said I'm never coming here again, she said the sarcastic "have a nice day" which is the equivalent of FU. Don't eat here it's terrible & fire her!

Everytime I visit this location the drive thru is backed up and slow. The food is fine, typical Popeyes but it's just always so busy and slow.

You get 6 tenders they only give you 2 sauces, you get 2 biscuits they only give you 1 honey. (Popeyes should know better) those biscuits are good but have been dry for years, everyone know they need like 2-3 packets just for 1.

Sad, that I drove to two Popeyes to have them already closed at 11pm. When the website and App says they closed at 12AM.Please update your hours so I don’t need to waste my times and gas to come see you guys not wanting to the hours as mentioned.Thank you!

We are living in, quite possibly, the golden age of fried chicken. Though I don't have any hard facts, compelling numbers, or advanced analytics to give you, It just feels that way. Just look around you. The Colonel is still selling his secret recipe. Then you have Churches, Canes, and Chick-Fil-A practically everywhere. And lets not forget Popeyes, the focus of this review. The history of Popeyes is actually pretty interesting. If you have some time, I encourage you to google it. Succinctly, Popeyes started off as a different type of chicken place designed to compete against KFC. Copeland, the founder, soon realized that going after KFC was futile and did what most people should do; he closed his business down. But he didn't give up. He reassessed, reevaluated, and reinvented his restaurant leading to the Popeyes that we know today. From there, things got really interesting. Look it up.I recently had the three piece meal here, and my meal was excellent. The food, really speaks for itself. I also recommend their chicken sandwich, their sweet tea, and their Tuesday special.Check this place out!

I live less than 5 minutes from Popeyes. My family and I always order hot chicken with the sides ordered hot also. All the food was cold. We've have been going to this one on 4th Street for years. Some of the staff is nice and some us not. As people we have the right to get hot food. This is not the first time this have happened. Please treat people with respect and give us what we want. This is our money. Just don't say Thanks for the tip, this is reality.

The delivered food came with an incorrect item an item was left off a side was left off. Had to get dressed go to the store myself to have the order corrected. What was the reason for the delivery?? Was not giving any plastic wear, napkins, condiments. They think if you have your food delivered and they leave things off or give you the incorrect items you're not going to come and have it corrected horrible horrible horrible

The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the staff was very kind and and apologetic about their lack of items on their menu right now. I actually feel very bad for the staff for how a lot of customers are treating them right now. With that said, the chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were like hockey pucks.

They need to practice listening. As to make sure they get the order correct. Food was really not that great for the price of it.

I had a mobile order. Food took 25 mins. Loretta is the slowest person preparing the food. Restaurant isn't understaffed. 3 cashiers and 3 people in the back were working. Everytine I come to this popeyes they are always out of something it had nothing to do with the shortage of food supplies. Its management that doesn't know how to place orders for there restaurant. Someone waited 30 mins for their order. This restaurant was out of chicken and butter today. They only had tenders
