I have always put specific instructions for delivery drivers. And I have never had a problem in over 1 and 1/2 years. Today, I experienced the most rude delivery person ever telling me that it didn't work. I tried to explain that he did not follow the directions and he just continued to be rude. I refused my order. I called the manager and got a lackluster refund, no apology nothing except that I will see a refund in a couple of days. When he answered, he did not even identify himself. I had to ask for his name. This Pizza Pirates is going dow fast... Beware. Very bad customer service.
Good pizza but don't deliver one street outside their limit..it's sad because so many of my neighbors want to order but can't because they won't go one street pass holt.

Poor customer service. Order a pizza to be delivered to my work place. I happen to work on the 3rd floor and asked for them to leave the pizza at reception, while I was in a meeting. Driver said he couldn't deliver it because he was the only driver available and wouldn't be able to get off. He wanted me to walk down and get my pizza. I explained I was in a meeting and it didn't matter.After a long day of work and meetings, I ended up with no lunch. At least they'll refund my money. =/
I went in with an online deal. Plus at checkout, they had another discount (2021), drops the overall price an additional 20%. Because there online website was messing up. A lady at the Ontario located off grove said there's nothing they can do and won't honor it and turned her back. This place always use to be my go to for the kids. But the horrible customer service by 1 individual ruined that. My business will be going elsewhere just because of her. Everyone else even the General manager was accommodating
Killer pizza! Made my own, 1/2 and 1/2 large pizza, with all sorts of stuff on it, online and picked it up 15 minutes later. It was made exactly as specified online, and it was amazing! When I saw the total, I thought I must had done something wrong. But it was truly a great price!

This place never disappoints. Great food, great service, and great prices. The best pizza around, and the wings are probably the best I've ever had. The delivery drivers are always prompt and you get your food hot and fresh. Keep up the awesome work!!
