Horrible service! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up it was sealed closed. When I got home I realized it was just a cheese pizza. I called and asked to speak to the manager after the girl at the register refused to remake the correct pizza. When I spoke to the manager he never once apologized or said let me make this right for you. He instead argued with me and refused to give his name and said there was nothing he could do because I ordered the wrong pizza and they did not make it wrong.UNBELIEVABLE!!
Per the receipt below I paid ~$11 for add to sauce and apparently it “doesn’t show up on the order” per the manager I spoke with at the location. (After voicing that I had received 0 of them)I tipped the driver as it wasn’t his fault, but after a phone call to the location, the manager states - ‘there’s nothing she can do’.I find that very concerning.
Don’t go come to this location!!! They’re delivering pizzas with the seal broken, after it was delivered to another residence, and won’t give you a refund. Pizza is not the actual size. Don’t come to this one!!! It’s a pandemic and their letting another resident open your pizza and still try to deliver it to you. Just wrong!
Lightyears WAY better than the one on Euclid Ave. They actually greet you, the cashiers actually know how to count money, the pizzas look like they been cooked by someone who cares about this job....I strongly recommend this one is the go-to Papa Johns in Ontario.

I did a call in order three papadida, when it was delivered the delivery person put my food on the ground bugs crawling around when I called to make a complaint they hung up until several minutes went by called before 10:00 pm.
Worst customer service ever. The person that took our order was being discriminatory towards us. My husband went back in to get our food an the other employee claims that our name wasn’t in the system when we paid for our food an received a receipt. Will never patronize this business ever again.
I have bought Papa Johns every Wednesday for my kids for 2 years now. Delivered by this same location. The quality of the pizza has been getting worse for several months. I've complained to management but keep getting product like the one received today. I took photos. The last pic is of the pizza in the trash where it belongs. After being a customer for many years, I'm over it. This is just gross.

I walked in and order a 1 topping medium pizza! I got the pizza within 5 mins!! Very nice!!
