They didn’t have the food ready so they had me wait in a parking space, they didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces or chopsticks and I didn’t think about it at the ordering speaker, but they instructed me to pull around so I did, when they brought the food out they handed me a bag and ran off, no sauces no chopsticks in the bag and no communication or time to communicate by the runner
I have no teeth from cancer and I was willing to pay extra to have the vegetables steamed a little longer so that I could eat them without teeth. When I explain that to the nice lady I was told I was being rude for a sizing that I was willing to pay and be listened to. I had already informed her that three times previously my wishes had not been followed and I was unable to eat at the same time as my family. Value it for what it's worth. I will not return perhaps they were having a bad day? After the fourth time? who's being rude now? Try living with cancer, my day was blessed anyway. I wish her well in her compassion Journey
Pull up to drive through, they ask cash or credit card, I say cash, they say no change exact cash only. How many months are they going to have a coin shortage? I see reviews from moths ago saying exact change only. They are just basically running a scam to rip people off.Okay next i choose orange chicken and sweet fire chicken breast. Oh they are out of sweet fire chicken breast. I choose green beans and chicken. I kid you not it had 2 pieces of chicken the rest green beans in that dish.Okay drink, Dr pepper, oh they are out of that too.No wonder no one was there on a Friday night, while every other food place, McDonald's, taco hut, wabo and El Pollo Loco were all packed. I won't be back either. Sad.
I wish I could select a negative star rating.This is BY FAR the WORST place I have ever ordered food from.ive been here 3 times, thinking that they would not let me down like the previous trip had. They failedfirst of all, the way they select your portion size makes you think that they get a bonus for the less food they put on the tray. i think managament seriously tells them not to put very much food on the tray. everytime they put a half scoop of meat if im lucky.also, they need to hire some polite and competent help. ONE time there was a very sweet lady working. wish i got her name because she doesnt deserve the bad name that comes with this panda
Pricey for cold no taste food. Use to love this place. Wont be back.
Never made order and I got it on time very bad attitude and a lot of the times missing items if you guys not gonna change the crew vinegar come back here anymore
Look up the word"Wrong" and you will see a picture of this place.They greet you with"CREDIT CARD ONLY"If they happen to takeYour "Cash"expect no change coming to you.Because there's a"coin shortage" thanks to "Panda"not giving you your change that's due to you.
This place will not open the inside for service. Drive thru only, I'm sure they are blaming it on Covid. This is the third time in the past couple of months I have tried to go to this location.
We ordered thru drive thru. Food was good. Fast service but forgot to add one of our order items. Check before you leave.
I love panda I have no complains about the food but the service is horrible they always give me my oder incomplete and the cashier had a horrible attitude.
