Hostess was very rude. Think it would kill her to smile. She kicked us out of the bar... said the waiter was on break, while all other booths were occupied. B.S.Went for soup and salad. Waited 15 minutes before getting water, this is at 2:30 p.m. Wasn't that busy. Once we got served we didn't see our waiter for 33 minutes. They offer all you can eat but I guess if they wait you out..... know what I'm saying. Bread was hard, waiter couldn't find any olive oil and balsamic vinegar.... come on man!!Won't be going back and I use to go there at least once or twice a month.
We went on Friday for Lunch. I got shrimp scampi, my mother got Alfredo pasta with shrimp and my kids got cheese pizza. The bread and salad were very tasty. The service is what put this place over the top. We got there 10 minutes till noon, so we did not have to wait to be seated. We were seated at a table towards the back. It was nice seeing so many families there enjoying the lunch specials. My waitress was very nice, and spoke Spanish. She was able to speak with my mom about her order.
This restaurant is super nice, very clean and has amazing customer service and hostess. Our waitress was absolutely amazing with her recommendation and selection. This was my first time visiting, because i am traveling from Beirut to Los angeles, i am not local, i visited italy many times & i can assume that’s 100% Italian restaurant, Not once did we have to ask for anything. She was VERY busy but was extremely attentive to us. Brought us refills and extra bread without us asking. She made sure to check on us and that everything was to our liking. I would love to have her as my waitress anytime I go there. And the tablets on the table was so easy to pay the check and not wait at all.The tagliatelle chicken Alfredo is highly recommended to be tried and it’s my favorite dish from now on.
Curb side to go for Valentine's Day... Call them at 3 if you want your food by 6. You're welcome ?. Joint is always a mad house on the weekend, don't bother, unless you enjoy waiting for a few hours for food (personally, no food is worth a 2 hour wait - again, personal opinion). 5 star for 2 reasons... By far, the best fettuccine alfredo sauce (prove me wrong) and service once you sit is always great.
The food is very tasty. The hostess had a little attitude but maybe she was having a bad day???♀️?♀️ our waitress was very friendly and attentive.(wish I could remember her name, sorry.) I went for the lunch special and a party of 5 ate for $55! Overall we were happy with our visit.

Love the place and the food is always delicious. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the normal. We arrived Saturday evening and were told the wait was 40 minutes. We waited in the bar eating appetizers and drinking our beverages. By the time we were called for our table, it was 1 hour and 20 minutes later, double the waiting time we were given. I understand it was New Year's Day, that's why we decided to wait. But then, we kept on getting forgotten about. As we waited standing up to get seated, the hosted left and we were left standing for an additional 5 minutes. I didn't see her again so I approached another hostess. She then proceeded to sit us. Now, we're sitting down, soup, salad, and bread arrive. But, we had no silverware. I started to eat my salad with my hands because I was really hungry. We received our silverware about 7 minutes later. Disappointing. I soon realized that our waitress was serving the entire area we were seated at. She was nice and apologitic. I would of been nice if she had more assistance. But I get it, it was New Year's Day. Overall, I would of given our visit a 5 star review. But, not this time.
Friendly customer service, the food was out fast and hot.The chicken Alfredo was really good.

Olive Garden is somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me. I know there are better Italian places around but despite knowing that I'll oftentimes wind up there after a day of work or on a weekend. The food wasn't bad, I had their soup and salad. It's an Olive Garden, I feel like you kind of have to be predisposed to liking it.
