I usually don't bother reviewing fast food especially from the big chains there's just not much point and QC is always a thing with them no matter what. Simply put McDonald's is McDonald's the Big Mac is sort of Old reliable if you can call it that. Amazing is a word that is not reserved for McDonald's mediocre maybe.. and that goes for every location.
i had a generally good experience while visiting this location in the drive thru for lunch. i used my phone to provide a code from the app and it was accepted. the only problem was that i asked for buffalo sauce but they put sweet and sour sauce in the bag instead. i'll return but i might want to go inside and use the kiosks to order on my next visit.
Even with restrictions lifted they still don't allow indoor dining. That's not my gripe though. After eating in my car I went inside to get a refill of my drink since half of my cup was ice and was told they don't give refills and haven't in 2 years. ? I was just here the other day and got a refill of my sweet tea. The manager said they shouldn't have.Nowhere does it say no refills.I will not return to this location. I'll take my money elsewhere.
They closed the lobby and didn't put a sign on either door. I thought I just needed to pull on the door (it was windy and most stores will close the door but leave it unlocked) and ended up hurting my hand because the door was locked. I entered through a second door and was then kicked out. While being kicked out two other employees were laughing at me. While walking out I let the employee know i hurt my hand and to avoid it they should put a sign on the door. She didnt attempt to help me with my hand and they kept laughing.
1 star is really too much for this location. Everyone hates their job at this location. They should fire everyone and close for a month and start over. I keep seeing new employees but the same managers. So I know it’s problem up top. Like others have said stay away from this location. They will ignore you like others have said. They will make your food nasty. And will give you attitude. Makes no sense because nobody forced them to take the job. And unfortunately nobody is learning any good skills so if they go to another job they will need to forget everything they learned at this location. I think this location wants to be the worst McDonald’s in the world. Whoever is cooking the food needs to be reported to law enforcement because they are going out of their way to make you sick.
Quick and easy food. This place is good for when you are on the run and are in need of a quick bite. The staff are nice too. No complaints here.
The manager Sergio took our order & said oh hold on someone’s talking to me & messed our order up! Then he was so rude to us! We told him we weren’t looking for free food we’ll pay. Then Sergio said we were holding up his line. After he messed up our order & was rude. The african american young man at the window was very polite & tried to help. Sergio needs training & learn how to deal with people!!! The young african american man should be manager NOT sergio!!!
Overall drive thru service great. But food prepared poorly. Look at how a 11.00 filet o fish meal is served. Employee really hates their job I guess but for the prices being charged to the customer have a little pride in what you serve. This was ordered at 10:30 right after breakfast hours. Hope the manager or owner sees this.
Used to like McDonald's, not a huge fast food fan, or a burger fan, but had a desire today for a Big Mac... nothing like it used to be, mushy fries, wrong drink served, burger was less tasty and fulfilling than I remembered. Thank you for reminding me not to get fast food!
Waited quite awhile to have any employees offer to take my order took a good 5 minutes to get my order taken and this was with employees coming up to register to do orders for themselves but never even offered to take my order let alone say someone will be with you shortly it is very rude not to let a customer know they've been acknowledged by an employee but the food was served quickly once my order was taken
