Not 24hour drive through. Got there at 1:00am and my way home from work and had cones outside the drive through. Has happen twice already that I have been here.
This place is hit or miss with employees. This location can be very busy from time to time but it's the attitude of the employees that kills me here. No matter if it's the drive thru or walking inside most of the employees are unhappy/unfriendly or rush the customer which leads to mistakes in the order. I've seen chik fil a stores twice as busy as this place and never once have I seen those employees make you not feel valued. So why is this the case with this McDonalds?Let me make it clear not all the employees are like that but a majority of them are its to the point were I think it's the culture of this location. I would love to give this place more stars because it's been our area for long but until management finds away to help improve their employees moral and the accuracy handing out food this place will remain a 2 star.
It's good food that's why they get 2 stars but this is the 3rd time I ask for SWEET ice tea and my receipt says so but I get unsweetened and that tastes awful so I end with no drink and still paid for it ..
Long lines don't matter at McDonald's because they use both drive up station's to expidite the orders not only fast but correct when ordering special burgers! ??
HORRIBLE SERVICE. GO TO DRIVE THEY AT 10.04PM. SATS OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT. PUT CONES BEHIND MY CAR. WHEN I ORDER WOMAN SAYS CLOSED. I SAID I AM IN LINE. SHE SAYS TOO BAD. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WAITED 6 MINUTES. ANOTHER BOY COMES PUTS 2 MORE CONES BEHIND CAR. NOW I CANT LEAVE. WHAT IS WRONG IN THIS HORRIBLY RUN GARBAGE SO CALLED MCDONALD'S. JOKE. REALLY A JOKE. READ YOUR REVIEWS. JOKE
I was told to go through the drive thru AFTER I was already inside and the app had already charged me. The drive thru was very crowded and I did not have enough time before needing to go back to work.
Honestly really bad service, I’ve been here every Saturday after work and they always missing an item in my meal. It’s really inconvenient to not get what I paid for. Oh well, last time I’m ever going back when there’s more restaurants around that actually give you what you pay for.
This place shows open 24 hours. Arrived just after 5 am and the doors show driver thru only and there are cones in the drive thru lanes. Employees walking everywhere. Will not go back if they can’t figure out if they are open.

So I did the whole phone curbside app.. I ordered my food. It was a kids cheeseburger happy meal.. Paid for it waiting in the stalls. NO ONE COMES.. 15MIN passes.. So I get out of car to see whats the delay.. The manager couldn't even tell me why. Horrible service. Clueless with your orders and customers.. Services and food quality is just not the same. Won't return to this location. Whether its a cooperate store or franchise.. Get your act together. Losing good paying customers.. Horrible customer service and quality of food is not worth my time or money esp on a kids happy meal.. Zero stars ?
