I come here on Mondays regularly and Ive seen them working during extremely busy and slow hours. They always do their best. Ive always had a very friendly experience with the staff, even though my order can be a bit strange to input for some employees at the counter (3 solo quarter pound patties with 3 cheese). One cashier even placed the order in in a way that saved me 10 bucks! Was not aware that was an option and have been asking for my order that way ever since. All in all, they can get pretty swamped at times but they show good effort in my experience.
I've lived here over a decade and not once have I been able to get anything ice cream related. It's the worst McD ever. I rarely go anymore because they screw my order up but the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich is good when it doesn't look like the food version of Wish.
On-site manager is rude and racist. I asked him a question about he was rude and responded with something way off and then left my multiple items scattered on the counter top while they gave everyone else their food in a big carry out bag. They always get the order wrong here but there closet to me that's why I come here but seriously the dude looks just as Hispanic as me so whatever. I won't be returning here. Disgusting.
Got home to find my kid's Happy Meal chicken nuggets was actually just burger sauce.
Line was fast better then other lines from other locations. Staff was professional. Lunch and dinner was good breakfast was very bad. Don't get the eggs in the deluxe breakfast plater from this location.

The i cream, milkshake and coffee machine seems to ALLWAAYYSSSSSSS be broken?? Why is that?? The employees just don't have time/ want to do it? Or are they actually broke? Get it together management.
I just want to say ive had a overwhelming day and coming here is the best EVERYTIME ! The manger or leader in charge I forgot his name but he is the best (he wears glasses) and he is truly the best ! I hope he never leaves because he really brightens up my day whenever I see him ! He makes sure his team on his shift does a great job! And makes sure I am satisfied with every order ! Every time im there good day or bad he makes it 5x better !
I called and asked if there ice cream machine was working & it was, that's why they got the 2 stars cause it really did work. I get there and they don't have ? for the sundaes. I asked for fresh fries 3 times and didn't get them. Their customer service also sucks
