Worse pizza location ever... we understand you get what you pay for. I've been to other Little Caesars location and never seen service this bad. Never have any hot & ready done. I've order online , pizza is never ready when I get the notification. Or when I get there within 5 minutes of getting a notification my pizza is cold. It's gonna be a long while b4 I place another order there.
If you don’t want to be standing in the lobby for twenty minutes after placing an order thirty minutes ago try a different location. When I went in for my order first red flag was two girls standing at register one clearly was a manger and they both ignored me for about ten minutes. Then the manger just walks away. The girl on register ask for my name and I tell her and she can’t find my order so she tells me they need to remake it. I listen to the crew members arguing about who made my order for five minutes until she comes back and says it’ll be eight more minutes. The assistant in charge of all these kids names is Lines and she shouldn’t be a manger. Clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and is not cut out to run a store by her self or for five hours. I don’t blame any of the staff. They act that way because she allows it. Horrible customer service. And the store was dirty. Not happy.
Just order online if you need it quick or in person if your not in a rush, they will not answer the phone at this location after waiting for almost waiting a whole hour on the phone. Ended up just ordering in store was not busy inside so no idea why they didn't just answer the phone. Lesson learned just order at another location if you want to place order ahead of time for pickup.
Amazing customer service. They told me i had a 20-30 minute wait and they did not lie. The workers were friendly and one worker named Gil said “have a great night” which never happens in any location i've been to. Juicy wings too
Food is good but sooooo slow...I recommend not going here or placing your order way ahead of time
The worst Little Ceasars I've ever had....pizza looked unappetizing and wasn't even cut...like at all...
I was very angry when I picked up my order last night. I selected the wrong location,but I didn't mind the drive. All of the food I ordered was trash. I took photos of everything and my husband is currently returning the majority of the order now. I have never received an order so jacked up, and then I paid for stuffed crust,was given a regular pepperoni pizza. You employee told my daughter they were close when it was only 9:15-9:20. I had also ordered ahead so he had to search for my order. The breadsticks were dang near raw. I feel that my money should be refunded.
Slowest ever, terrible service. When I walk in, they just say not ready without asking for the name. And finally they ask for names, and pizza is already there for more than 15 mins.
Called in an order for 1 single pizza and they told me it would be an hour wait. I was cool with that. Got there to pick it up and waited another hour. Never even got my one pizza. Horrible customer service. Never coming back.
I don't understand how the advertise hot & ready. When this location never has pizza ready. Especially on the weekends you would think management would ensure they have pizza.
