They had no cheese pizza they had no crazy bread At allllll because They only had one pizza ready and they needed exact change it’s very annoying when you go to places that are ready to order like you just order it and then It’d be ready and nothing was really was available and you had to have exact change which I understand because every company is going through that but after hearing no we don’t have no we don’t have that and then have to go through that it was just very annoying Adding one star cause i have to but if I didn’t have to it would be no stars
Bad f.. service they don't answer the phone during week and weekends. they take more than an hour to get your online order. Really BAD experience:(
Guy who works the front doesn’t care for about his job he’s mellow and doesn’t care about anything. The guy in the back was holding it down basically working hard doing everything. Doesn’t matter if you call they don’t answer and ordering online seems like a joke since they will say it’s going to be another 20 minutes even after waiting 30mims from the app time
As busy as this location was today, order was correct (special requests). Idk if he was the manager or not but Carlos stepped up and acknowledged customers, took care of everything going on in the store. U can tell team works well together. First walking in, I saw only teenagers n was skeptical, but seriously, these employees know how to handle it. To all the impatient n rude customers... relax n be kind. They're kids.
Third time in 2 weeks time this location has been closed by 5:30 PM WEEKDAYS AND WEEKEND. All other locations are open until 8 pm. What are you current business hours please?We miss eating here.
Whenever I order ahead of time it is never ready. I am always waiting 30+ minutes on an order I placed almost an hour before that . Walk in customers are served before people with existing phone or online orders. Overall this little Caesars needs ALOT of work on customer and order management
One of the worst pizza places I’ve been to. Can’t blame the workers since it’s always understaffed but it’s always packed and pizza is never ready on time. Always an hour wait for a plain pepperoni pizza. Once you get your pizza it’s super cold and bland. Wings are always dry and crazy bread is nasty. Might as well go to brick shack pizza on grove and 4th. Little more pricy but quality is excellent and no more than a 30 min wait!
Ordered online. Still had to wait 45 minutes from the estimated ready time frame. They are not organized. They have a counter person that needs more training. Very disappointed with this visit
Food is never ready on time when you order online. Rarely do they have "hot and ready." Corporate should really consider shutting this one down. Definitely will not be returning to this store and will think twice before going to Little Ceasars brand in general. Waited over an hour and a half for 3 pizzas that were ordered online. And then no apology even! 3 strikes and definitely out!
Called two hours ahead for a order and the genius Working somehow said they needed 30 more minutes to have it ready despite the fact I was told it'd be ready in 30 for all I care they can keep it cancelled it and decided to go to the dominoes down the street and I recommend people do the same.
