I’ve been coming here for the past two years, but the last two times I’ve came, their way behind on the orders and are extremely understaffed.I ordered through the app to have it available in the pizza portal to avoid the ridiculous lines… nope, still had to get in line because my pizza wasn’t in the pizza portal oven after 30 minutes past the time it was scheduled to be ready!!!! I asked the employee for a free pizza for the huge inconvenience and he said he couldn’t because I’d be taking a pizza from one of the other customers.I asked for a full refund and he said it was ready. Nope, I told him I didn’t want it anymore having waited so long and knowing one of the pizzas had been sitting out for 20 minutes.I’m NEVER coming to this location again. If you want fast service, don’t EVER come to this location..
I ordered my pizza on the app about one hr ago and went to pick up and still not ready. The phone keeps ringing and nobody is answering the phone this please is a total disaster last time i order pizza from this place. Staff is definitely not trained at all.
Still half cook i made online order like an hour ago and when i arrive everyone went to the back and ppl waiting a guy pull the pizzas like this thats fkt up
I've been coming to this location for years since it's right around the corner. The quality has gone down vastly, even more so since the start of the pandemic. They don't bother to answer the phone at all. This must be thier policy now as I've called on several occasions and waited 10min with no answer.Terrible management. I understand the pandemic effects everyone but that's no reason to have minimal interest quality standards.
Opened 30 minutes late. My pizza was ready. Was told the chicken wings had mold on them. Asked if I wanted to wait for next batch. Are they kidding? Needs to be under new management.
I've been coming to this little ceasears once a week this month and every time they never have the hot and ready pizzas ready which is literally what they are known for. ? also they are not busy during the times I went and they made me wait 45 minutes for a hot and ready pizza! 4 times this month! You got to be kidding me definitely wouldn't recommend coming here for a quick bite especially if your on your lunch break
While there is rarely a hot and ready cheese pizza(usually a 15-20 min wait) the fact they can not keep them in stock is indeed an indicator of the demand. Food is good and the employees are friendly.
They always, and I mean ALWAYS, have excessive wait times that aren’t even reasonable. I didn’t know it took 1 hour and 17 minutes for 2 classic pepperoni pizzas. Whoever manages this place, PLEASE retrain or hire new employees. This is the worst costumer service I’ve ever received.
Ordered online due to the fact that it takes forever to get a pizza when you come in.I drove 20 mins to this place (I was running errands) and I come in. There's nothing in the pizza portal. There's one pizza in the original ovens up in the front.There's two pizzas with two boxes of wings on the table in the back. The staff is in the back, meanwhile there's me and another guy waiting for his online order.To make matters worse, the store was empty.I've worked in fast food before and I understand the stress, but when your store is empty, you guys have no reason to be behind.Edit: I just got my pizza. The other guy, who did get his code online before I ever did, is still waiting.And the best part? My order was ready, but they didn't put it in the pizza portal.Management, work on organizing your team better. That store was empty when I walked in. We didn't even get greeted or "I'll be right with you in a second."
When you order online is to avoid long wait at the pizza joint. What's the sense of ordering online if you have long wait time when you get there. And you are told they are starting to work on your order. The management is clueless on how to run their business. Granted...the pizza was good.
