1st, THE CHICKEN IS BOMBBB!When buying under the you buy we fry program you have to wait for fresh chicken which is not a problem. However there is one employee that says you have to wait 15 to 20 mins and NEVER gives you fresh chicken. (She may be the manager) i guess she just likes you to wait or she's just on a power trip.... I called corporate about it, (I don't play about my food. If im told to wait for fresh chicken, I want the fresh chicken I'm waiting for) However the day after that, she was being extremely friendly. You never know what anyone is going through so why not be the reason they leave with a smile? The other 4 employees are so freaking nice, I wish I knew their names, especially the black girl, she's a freaking sweetheart. The food is good tho, THE BEST GAS STATION CHICKEN HANDS DOWN. I can eat it everyday lol

The last couple of times I gone there they have given me old chicken that was tough like leather, I think its been under the heat lamp all day.
Overall experience is pretty good because of the excellent Customer Service that they provide. My favorite is the Buffalo Wings with the sauce on the side so I can get them Extra Crispy just the way I like it. I always call first so I can get them freshly made which is much better than the ones that have been sitting there for a while. Special mention to Veronica, the staff said that she is the best and I totally agree. On the down side, prices have really gone up just like everywhere else here in the IE. I guess it is the sign of the times. But if you want your chicken extra crispy, this is the place to go here in the area. Check out the new prices on the photos below.
Biscuit was ok, they recommended fries and they were ok. Chicken was like kfc. Not sure why the reviews for the food ate so high.
I can’t tell why, but I love this chicken chain.This review is mostly motivated by the guy and girl who helped me out today, just a good group of people. They made this good chicken, great today. :-)This is the second time I’ve tried it, and the first time I was a bit skeptical. Although I found the chicken seems to be clean pieces, cooked just right. The potatoes wedges are not greasy as many are, Anwell seasoned cut into wedges. Saving the best for last, are those biscuits.Whatever you do do not leave without your biscuits.:-)This location seems exceptionally clean and inviting. It almost seem like half the traffic in here was for this chicken, Now go get yourself some of the joy. :-)

I never write off a place just because it's in a gas station. I'm glad I gave them a try the tacos were bomb!
Breakfast burrito was bomb. We're starting to see inflation in the face. Menu prices went up a dollar. These are the business we need to support the most.
