EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. Always a long line. The inside is always closed. I placed an online order, try to pick up inside but door's locked, it says doors are open for pick up but there is no one in sight. I have to go to the drive thru to pick it up and wait in a long line. Why don't they just close down if they don't have anyone to hire?? It's always a long wait. Horrible. Will not come ever again
Understaffed, they do not honor any coupons, what kind of restaurant runs out of Mac and cheese at 7 pm, when everyone is buying their family's dinner. I have no Mac, been waiting 20 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. SMH!!!!!!! They gave part of my order to someone else, but made up for it, by substituting for something else. I appreciate the employee that served me, thank you.
This location has friendly employees. There was a long line, because we all love KFC/Taco Bell, but they got us through quickly... at lunch time too!
This location is always packed which I don’t understand why the inside hasn’t been open for MONTHS. Why is it locked? Lazy workers? Is the inside infested? Are people working with COVID19? Not enough employees? Whatever it is fix the issue so we’re not sitting in drive they for an hour. Very annoying. & there’s No sign on the door explaining why the inside isn’t open… FIGURE IT OUT!! & COOK THE WINGS BETTER.
I drive threw the drive threw and ordered the big meal when we got him there was no beasts and what was in there was old.i called and talked to the manager he said he would give me 5 breasts.When I came the manager that was there only gave me 3 and they weren't fully cooked do not go there its a waste of money.
Went through the Drive-through and ordered the 8 pc meal with 2 sides the cashier at the drive-through was so nice polite very courteous and friendly very good customer service I will visit them again.I gave them 5 stars ?

Restaurant was closed to walk in customers due to lo personnel. I can't go through drive thru due to my big commercial truck and got asked to make line on the drive thru ?
finger lickin disgusting. I order the 12 biscuits and only received 8, they forgot my mountain dew, and the chicken tenders were dry and as thin as a piece of paper and one of them was a half a tender. I wish I could rate this place negative stars. I highly recommend you don't go here.
They got my order wrong and they won't even answer the phone when called to talk about it.
