I got chicken tender meal from this location on saturday , they weren’t fresh which is already normal from this place but even worse werent cooked properly . I got food poisoning and still currently recovering . this location is absolutely horrible HORRIBLE , if i could give them 1 star for the about of time i threw up i would . dont recommend !
I understand being short staff orders will take longer than usual. What isn’t acceptable is places knowing they are short staff and offering services they can’t provide like in store pick up. If you can’t provide it don’t offer it. Use some common sense instead of trying to make every dollar possible let customers know that Hey we can’t do in store pickup so if there’s a reason why they are picking up their order at the store they can go somewhere else instead of going to your KFC for an in store pickup then having to wait in a drive thru line. That defeats the purpose of an instore pickup.
Great service great management and employee team the food is awesome there's no way that can be an In-N-Out hamburger especially the double double
Ordered online, and was still hot and delicious once it got here. Always a fan of kfc.
Absolutely bad customer service. The sign clearly says open until 10pm for temporary hours but yet the doors were looked at 7:45pm. We knocked on the door several times and couldn’t see people working and no one would open the door to talk to us.
Went to pick up dinner. It was fast and easy. As I was getting to my car, a lady in the car next to me told me to check my order as they always forget something. I got home, there was no butter or honey sauce for the biscuit and no ranch for the chicken strips.
Manager not qualified to manage anything. She needs to learn to manage her behavior before being out into a position of anything else. After ordering, our food sat in a bag for over 5 minutes, e didn't realize it was our food until e checked (from a distance) the number on the bag.... wouldn't you know it was our food... it was just our of reach, so we landed over the counter and got our food. The manager said.. you don't belong here, very nasty. We weren't doing anything but leaning to get our food because no one called our number. The manager then proceeds to walk out to, maybe clean, or possibly let us know her discontent with us reaching over the counter to get our food. She picked up a platter and, it was loud, slammed it extremely hard on the trash can, picked up another, slammed it again in the trash can. Walked by us and slammed another platter on a table. Then walked in the back. EXTREMELY RUDE, NOT QUALIFIED IN THIS POSITION SHOULD BE REMOVED but not going to happen. Start hiring based on ability and qualifications.
Food was fresh, pretty fast, and decent tasting. The dine in area is vintage looking meets modern-industrial.
Online and physical location state they close at 11pm Saturdays. I called someone picked up and asked if I was still there and just hanged up. Horrible customer service
We went late so food wasn't fresh and tasted like the last of the food for the day. Biscuits were hard, mashed potatoes gravy was chunky, gummy almost. The kids ordered a sandwich that they enjoyed. Will visit again during the day in the hopes for the delicious food I grew up with.
