This place isnt how it used to be. Ordered a family pack to dine in. Cashier could have had a better attitude but whatever. Recieved the worst chicken I've ever tasted. It was dry and had an overall terrible flavor. Not to mention that the corn tortillas were cold even after asking for some new ones that were heated better. The only somewhat good thing was the potato salad and rice. My family and I won't be coming here again.

I came here at 850 and it was a ghost town doors where locked so I had to go to KFC instead

I have ordered chicken from this place for a number of years lately I had to take back to over cook meals this last time the manager I believe informed me that because I have eaten some of it the next time she would not give me a Complete return that’s fine but when I got home and ate my chicken I noticed the chicken didn’t seem complete like it was put together in a way to look like a whole chicken I overlooked it and ate my chicken half an hour later I’m in the bathroom and I want to get to Colorful but I believe they did some thing to the chicken buyers beware I’m so sad the posters this
Workers are and give an attitude when asking for utensils and food items. Will not be going here again. I will let all my union brothers know.

Bad bad bad customer service. The lady in the front is very rude ., commands like a real boss ., not friendly at all.Well 5 days ago I had a horrible experience with customer service but today the JUAN POLLO CORPORATION reach out to me and hear me out the lady was really nice ., she apologize about my experience., makes me feel like honestly they care for the people., I promise myself never again but I try EL POLLO LOCO !!! And no way !!! Juan Pollo Im with you again !!!No hard feelings!!!

I called in an order for a Party Pack and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude and condescending with me for no reason. Apparently you have to call in a party pack order at a certain time? which I was unaware of. When I asked her did I do something wrong she replied no I just could not hear you. I called back to change my pick up time and the same young lady was very rude and unprofessional.Juan Pollo management please take a look at how your staff treat paying customers when they are unaware of ordering policies etc? More importantly you should not have someone that is RUDE to the paying customer.
