Maybe I was lucky but my order came out perfectly unlike the other reviews listed. Service was fast. This was my first time trying Jollibee and I loved the spaghetti and spicy chicken. I wasn’t a fan of the gravy or original chicken. The peach mango pie and pineapple juice was delicious
The food was good and their sauces are great! Got the chicken tenders which were huge ans Loved the pinapple bbq and gravy. Didn't love the french fries and the pasta is honestly horrible. It's inside the mall, so there's little sitting options. I'll definitely come back to try their pies.
This place was horrible for my first time trying. My food came out cold the burger and fries. Then to top it of a customer came in with their dog and it was jumping on the counter to order. Then they proceeded to take the dog to the table where they allowed it to sit on a chair at the table. All this happened while an employee sat across from them shaking her head but didnt say anything to them. Not even a service dog is allowed this was just totally disgusting, disrespectful, and unsanitary. Will not be going again
Good food but definitely over-hyped. I had the chicken sandwich. I enjoyed the jalapenos in it, however the chicken was a bit dry and had too much breading for my taste. Very fairly priced and pretty good deal for your buck. One and done kinda place though.
This was inside the mall so pretty small. The chicken is so delicious and wasn't dry. We did the survey on receipt and got a free peach pie and it was so tasty. I didn't get to try the spaghetti but will be back to taste more of the menu. They have a special drink that I noticed a lot of people ordered while waiting. A definite must try.
I don’t know what the hype is about. Went here yesterday, 12/13/21. The worst food I’ve ever had. Fries were cold. The soda machine seemed to only have flat, warm soda. And the mf ice doesn’t even work. You have to keep going back and asking the one person that’s at the front to give you ice. The mash potatoes taste store bought and weird. The fried chicken was okay. I’m not into still seeing the veins and chicken that doesn’t looked cooked all the way through. Definitely never going back. I must have ate something different from y’all because the reviews are
High quality of chickenjoy, fiesta noodles (palabok), steak burgers, gravy, and pies (peach mango pie and banana-lanka pie) - and good service by crew - so far. 1 star off because it took us 2000 steps to look for it and find it - NEXT TO MARSHALLS INSIDE THE MALL, NOT THE FOOD COURT.
Jollibee is always yummy! We were so happy they had spicy today, they were out for awhile. I must admit the Rancho location tastes much better. The customer service is always great!
It's funny how 3 associates and a manager checked my order and gave me one mash potato one rice and four gravys for the $24 family meal. EXACTLY...A FAMILY MEAL. I get home and this the bus of overworked employees and a manager who did nothing but walk out with a plate with chicken and probably the other cup of rice they needed to fulfill my order. I deserve a gift card. I gave them an opportunity and patronized their business and this is what I end up with. Not enough sides and overcooked chicken. You can reach out to me to apologize to me and my family and redeem yourself. THANK YOU AND BE SAFE OUT THERE.
The place was nice and clean. There’s a staff who made sure that tables are cleaned and sanitized. Restroom was spotless and clean. Food was typically as good as it would be like in other branches. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness and the service.
