Can't give a full honest opinion since I worked here and keep coming back for food.Love the food though.Big portions for the right $.I gave it a 4 cuz they keep forgetting my drinks. Last time was 2 drinks, on Sunday they forgot all my drinks (4).
Service was good, didn't wait too long, ordered a steak sandwich and was not disappointed, great sandwich. I ordered drive thru.

Visiting from out of town that doesn't have pastrami. The sandwich was full of meat and sooo tasty!! Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town!
Went from 5 to 1! Went there and I ordered 2 burgers one meal with fries and 1 just a burger with onion rings and no drink. They repeated our order 3 times! 3! Then I get to the window and she repeats it again. When I get our order there is no onion rings and 2 fries. I tell her its wrong and she argues with me. I really wanted onion rings so she made me pay for them and said keep the fries. She knew she messed up. So I got charged $31 and some change and had to pay for fries I didnt order. Wont be going back. Manager was little help other then ill talk to her. WTH? No make it right! I go there at least 3 times a month if not more. Upland one is so so much better. This is ridiculous. Ill drive to the Chino one thats further away before I go here again.
Like don't say yes then be like no once I'm picking the food up at the counter... I asked for avocado sauce but I was hungray and she said yes they have avocado sauce which really meant guacamole and they gave me slices of whole avocado...
