Chill Jack to stop at and conveniently next to a gas station; same parking lot. My kids and I stopped by 2 weeks ago and had a memorable lunch there. My oldest son was visiting for spring break, and we sat down and had some good laughs. The management was very courteous, and the food was fresh and delicious. We also met a nice homeless man outside named Robert and my kids wanted to buy him lunch so we did. We woke him from his slumber by the side door of the restaurant and gave him his receipt and cup so he can get his drink and food when ready. Recommend for anyone who loves Jack. This one is a chill place to stop for a bit and stretch your legs.
Work at a nearby pharmaceuticals, came here at 0245 and they were serving a guy in blue truck, however, when I got to my turn they told me they were closed, I recorded the whole thing as the spoke Spanish and ignored the rest of us. This place is only serving there own and no one else. Probably send clip media outlet.
The second time I've come through the drive thru and the same lady said the system is closed. It says open 24 hours 7 days a week.
Last week I was in the drive thru line with four other cars, for over 10 minutes. During this time a Jack in the Box employee jumped over the front counter twice and was jumping up and down pointing to the line in the drive thru. A minute or two later the same employee who jumped over counter and who was visibly upset at the number of cars in drive thru line put yellow cones in front of drive thru and went back inside. This action caused me and four others to leave. I've managed restaurants before, I understand the need to close sometimes, but you always serve the people who were waiting before you decided to close. I emailed customer service and I've received no response. I take it that the owners and the management are just as lazy as the overly excited employee. I'm extremely disappointed especially since there has been no response. There are plenty of fast food restaurants near this Jack in the Box, my recommendation is go to any one of the nearby places, avoiding this Jack in the Box that is run by lazy people and owned by lazy people. Avoid this Jack in the Box at all costs! Worst restaurant of any kind that I've had the displeasure of visiting. Need a new rating system because 1 star is too many and misrepresents my experience. Negative 2 stars is more appropriate.
I guess I'm biased cuz I use to work here. I love the service and shout out to the homeboy at the drive thru who hooked up my tacos! Good looking out!

Restaurant had little to no inventory of menu items. This was very disappointing for a Restaurant that specializes in hamburgers to not have any available. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Not remodeled, bad fries
So I just got out of line from this Jack in the Box after waiting almost an hour only to find out the systems were down for an hour already and nobody none of the employees or managers came out to tell the line of customers that were waiting in the Drive-Thru. I found out because another customer exiting the drive-thru let everybody know that the systems were down because this customer obviously has better consideration for other people than anyone working at this Jack in the Box does. The least they could have done is come out and told everybody in line or put a sign out or cones to let us know that they could not take any orders, but obviously they could not be bothered to do even that little bit. I am a doordash driver and I lost an hour's worth of time, including not getting compensated fully for the order I was picking up. I will be calling the store later today and speaking to a manager and or will be calling the corporate office on Monday to complain because this was unacceptable. It is understandable that systems go down from time to time, nobody can be mad for that obviously. But when a business lacks common sense and courtesy for its own customers then that makes me question the sincerity and trustworthiness of this business.
