Most friendly Jack in a box I've ever been too. They also got my order correct. Thanks for doing your jobs with pride!
Seems like this Jack-in-the-Box must be under new ownership or they just don’t train their people very well. We went through the drive-thru with a coupon (2 for $11 Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo) and they told us that we could not substitute the drink for a milkshake or upsize the combo (we were even willing to pay extra for the upsell!). The person did not even know the combo number for what was listed on the coupon. Overall this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to.
Quick and polite service. Food was fresh and hot. Convenient location near Ontario International Airport. In same lot as a Chevron gas station.
Just went here for our quick breakfast before going to Ontario Airport to have my brother ready to go back to DC! The food was good...hash brown are great! It should add it to menu...Breakfast Jack with Hash Brown!! We'll be coming back here for another trip when my brother will be coming back!
False advertisement of hours. Not open 24/7. Made an order and delivery driver said workers ignored her. Not the first time too. This happened another time as well. The workers were inside and saw the delivery driver but ignored him.
Ordered online for my lunch working Graveyard went to pick up my food thay where closed trun out the employees where outside playing Loud music in the parking lot with the gas station employees not caring u took the job so do ur job its that simple Definitely going to need my money back
Love this place and always have since I lived out in Cali back in the late 90's and early 2000's. Their two tacos deal have gotten me through many a rough night hahaha.
Cold food. Told them about it and they insisted they were fresh. Just too hungry to argue about it and definitely dont want to wait while the rest of my food gets cold. Isnt the first time... probably wont be the last.
As I waited for my food, I witnessed one of the employees wearing a glove on one hand and not the other, move from food stations to cashier, handle money and then move right back to food without washing his hands. He changed his glove, but what about the gloveless hand that he used to hand change to a customer? On top of it, he was kind enough to open the restroom door for me, handling both the door and that nasty key. Never washed his hands. How is JB training their employees these days? This can’t be it.
So I tried to get some food on my break and the dining room was barricaded with trash cans so you could not open the door .. this is a fire hazard....whatever employee did this should be fired...
