II hope you are not hungry at dawn and decide to go to jacks because they do not meet their hours and are closed to eat inside and when you go to the drive thru they do not serve you because you are not in a car. A double lack of respect. They neither have good schedules nor do they care about customer service. We walked 10 minutes because it said on Google that they were open. Hire better clerks because those who attended us were very rude.
This morning I order my food and forgot to add another breakfast sandwich, I ask if I could add or place another order he straight SAID NO! I would have to get back in line, I had no problem pulling to the side to wait, I don't think there problem of bring my order to my car. So I ask the gentleman his name he ask me why then was laughing when he gave me my order very unprofessional
Just left and OMG! I ordered a 25+ order. Asked for hot sauce/ ketchup/ranch. Received 2 ranch and 4 sauces only (no big deal) I asked Landy (cashier) for more and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking. I informed her I asked for extra and she only gave me that amount. She grabbed two more ranch and gave to me ( very rude) I had to inform her again I asked for ketchup which I didn’t receive and also needed more than the 4 sauces she had gave me. I even informed her I could pay for the condiments since it seemed as if it was a huge deal for her to give me more. She said she was only allowed to give me 5 ranch and I replied to her she had only gave me 2! Let me not leave out landy didn’t even greet me when I was paying, she pulled out her hand and grabbed my card didn’t even look at me. I Didn’t receive my receipt to top it off.This post Can go on and on but let’s leave it at that. Terrible service/ super rude lady!

Horrible experience this morning. Went through the drive thru an employee by the name Arianna was rude. She was more concerned about gossiping with other employees. She is either deaf or was just being rude every time I would ask her “excuse me”. I order a breakfast platter that didn’t have no hash brown or no syrup. Her job is to make sure the order is correct and she can’t even handle that. It’s common sense a kindergartner could probably do her job better. I also had no napkins or utensils. Will never come back to this location again.
3rd time I've been here they can never get my order right ?♀️ definitely won't be going back to this location. Also tried calling an rings once an hangs up.

Besides the bad customer service, they added cheese sauce on my breakfast burritos. The cashier specifically asked me & I said NO only shredded cheese. I am not a fan of that chz sauce & it's very frustrating when you get home & your order is wrong.
I am currently trying to reach anybody in this office, I left about 15 to 20 minutes ago and my little sister got a taco she ate some and now is currently sick, when we look through the taco there is a little bug which could be more through the taco that I am trying to reach this branch for. If no one reaches out to ASAP further action will be taken. I’ve also been trying to call all morning and no one is answering their phone also no voicemail set up.
The lady taking the drive thru orders in the morning today like around 920 am was rude, did not let me finish my order, I asked for double cheese burger without mustard or pickles and yet the meat looks like a day old and my burger came with mustard when I specifically told her twice not to and did not listen to me. We tried to get her attention a few times and she refused to even look our way when instead she chose to ignore us.
