All my tacos were soaked in oil like if they got dipped before putting them in the bag,the employee was eating and taking orders like its nothing,disgusting sad too say but this is the worst jack in the box,poor quality carelessness and needs alot of attention.
I always go around 7 45 pm . Food is fresh and workers are nice.
Night shift employees need an audit. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS SERVED ME COLD STALE LARGE CURLY FRIES AND STILL (FROZEN) SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. I WORKED 10HRS JUST WANTED A QUICK DINNER AND THIS IS 3RD TIME THEYVE DONE THIS. HOW CAN YOU NOT GET A BASIC CHICKEN SANDWICH RIGHT? I ADVISE YOU GO TO CARLS JR RIGHT NEXT TO THEM INSTEAD.
I don't like that most of the fast food places are closing their dining rooms. What if you don't have a car? If they're going to close the dining room then they should make it so a person can walk through the drive through then. They're losing a ton of business because of this.

The chicken bowl and egg roll were great! However, when I got home I noticed that the change I received from Brenda(according to the receipt) was $10 short. My mistake was assuming that the folded bills she gave me added up to my change. Bummer

The girl at the drive thru the night of Halloween has some of the best customer service I have received from a Jack in the Box. It really made my wife and I feel good after ordering, and receiving our food. Most people nowadays have a really bad attitude. Positive attitude always goes a long way. Thank you for staying positive.
