I wish I could give them 10 stars.. I am from NC and came to visit beautiful California.. I had been to in n out in Las Vegas for the first time and it was outstanding..This one in Ontario was delicious.. fast.. and the employees were neat and uniforms pressed.. young men were cleanly shaven and the place was spotless.. I give IN N OUT ONTARION 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've eaten there 2 times today?. I even got 2 plain hamburgers for my Chihuahua TuTu♥️♥️?? burgers were big. Fresh..hot..juicy .delicious..they understood the assignment..
I am not a big In-N-Out fan by any means. I frequent any location maybe once every 4 months or longer but I have never had a bad experience at any location but this was all around a bad experience. The bread was so toasted that it was burnt along with the super extra well fries. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location.
I'm disappointed. Over the years the burgers seem to have LOST the knack of great tasting burgers.I was served my favorite lemonade drink which was NOT to my liking and immediately returned it. Which they replaced......? left unattended and watered down is what they initially gave to me. (DONT DO THIS AGAIN!I don't feel that I want to go back. Not worth, to lose my money on something I don't like or enjoy anymore. Sorry I-N-Out
This is a good place to come get a tastey burger.The brilliance of this chain is the relative simplicity of the menu.We always get the double double with fries and a coke.How much easier can that be.I usually am very averse to long lines,but the line here seems to move right along,and I could really feel the speediness of the person handing out the food....they were speeedy and I am sure they were there for a reason,and they did it without making us feel like they were giving us the boot.
The burgers and service are great. I would've give it 5 stars but the fries are not the best.
Love this place. The food is always amazing. The people are great. However the line sometimes gets mixed up with the chick fill a line. It. has been a lot better since they have signs and employees outside but when the line gets to the street it becomes hectic.
The burgers are decent I don’t know what the big deal is that everybody says this is a great place. Don’t get me wrong food is always fresh and service is great . I don’t like the fries though . Not bad place to eat but not my favorite

?Great food! ?Always busy, which is a good sign when finding a place to eat.Food is always cooked to perfection and can be ordered to the customers needs.Even has a secret menu to work off of.Can't go wrong with In and Out!
Very bizzzzzzzy bit they still get the correct orders out... if u are in a hurry get off and order its way quicker then the drive through... and don't let the long line fool you... walking in and ordering is way different.. definitely not slow
