I came in during my lunch break and they lost my order. My pick up number was 23 and I waited to give them time to process the large number of people that had just walked in. when they hit 30 I went to the counter to ask and they had lost my order. The guy reprinted my receipt and had my food ready in less than a minute. You could tell they had just put it together because everything was hot and crispy. It made me late coming back from work but I know things like this can happen, no biggie. The reason I give them three stars is because for one, the bread was pretty dry. And two, I'm almost certain my order was lost because as my transaction was in progress, a group of girls came in for their shifts and they began laughing and gossiping with the only register person. There was 5 people in line. Bad timing to spill about your friend who got dumped.
I never thought In-N-Out would fall under poor quality. As many chains have. Mountain in Ontario, fries here as most (pieces)? Burger, cold & rubbery, I realize demand is high, I'd rather wait for a quality meal. And funny their quality has changed as they've increased their price. We're all talking about it. You're loosing your Customers. Do some checking on your business. "Some Businesses no matter how big, FOLD.. send out your Quality Mgr's. Protect Your Business not only Millennials eat here. People are sharing. I'm tired of being so disappointed!!!
I have been coming here for years and I have had a bad experience with Daniellle. She got my order wrong and we had to come back to tell her. She was very rude about it and did not even think to apologize for making our whole order wrong. We are strictly vegetarian and she gave us beef in our burger which is against our religion. Please fire her.
TLDR: Right off the 10 fwy at Vineyard, this In-N-Out is a two-lane drive thru store built in the 80's.If you like the old style In-N-Out that is strictly a drive thru/takeout, then this is the place. There's no indoor seating, but a few benches are available. Parking is very limited and tricky to maneuver with cars pulling in and leaving the drive thru.Not much to say about the food since everything is standard and consistent at all In-N-Outs. If you like the food (and we do) then you will get the same consistent product here as you would at any location.I've reviewed the food for other locations so I'll point you to those reviews if you're new to In-N-Out restaurants.My order is double-double, animal style with fries well done. Shakes are excellent, and you can find "hidden menu" items by googling it.
Service was great! Staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Dining area was clean and tidy. Food came out fast, hot and fresh! 5 Stars
Always a great burger. As far as I can remember, I have never had a wrong order given to me in over 40 years of going there. Keep up the great work. All employees are always friendly. They're respectful too. I hope it expands nationwide.
Lines of course are always long at any In-N-Out but moves pretty fast..they have great customer service very friendly. Good shakes def only get animal style burger and fries!!
Drive thru is about same they work hard to get your order in and you get hot fresh food. Shakes are great and Fries are great when hot.
Their drive thru is always out on the street and sometimes down the block but they move it fast. It's because they are so good. The fries are a potato cut and dropped directly into the fried so they are always fresh. I order my burger protein style because I'm gluten intolerant. Thats a lettuce wrap. They have a secret menu that is not that secret. Just look it up online. They give you free pup patties that are a salt free patty if you bring your dog and ask. My husky loves the ride and the burger. If you are avoiding salt you can ask for your burger and fries salt free as well. Its fresh meat never frozen. I love them all the way around. Worth the line you can park too and walk in. You don't have to get in the long line for that. Just pull in beside the line. They have seating inside and out.
First time here, had a wonderful experience while dining in with my family. Very busy but friendly atmosphere. I loved the animal fries and their hamburgers were phenomenal. I'm very glad I had the chance to try it.
