I ordered the Swedish pancakes this morning. I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I rushed to pick up my order and had to wait almost an extra 30 minutes for it. While there I observed that the customers were directed were to sit but the hostess didn’t show them to their table. After they were seated she then proceed to approach the table with menus and silverware.
This is a typicsl Ihop. Same menu, same typical prices.The food was good, the service was friendly.All in all, nothing overly spectacular, nothing bad. Just food served hot th a t tasted good, served by people who were happy to be at work.
went for breakfast/lunch today. it wasn't empty, but not too busy. maybe between 1/4 - 1/3rd full, got seated right away, proceeded to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by and offer to take my order. the waiter who was i assume assigned to that area visited the other tables several times, did bring ketchup/hot sauce initially, but just never came back. after 20 minutes i was tired of waiting to be acknowledged and just got up and walked out. Terrible service. I like ihop, but won't be visiting this location again.
Worst ihop I've been to, I literally could have made a full breakfast at home faster. We arrived at IHOP around 12:30, waited half and hour to be seated, we're seated at 1pm didn't have our drinks or ordered taken until 1:20 and waited until 2:15 to revieve incorrect cold food! We literally watched two whole families be seated and have full service, pay and leave before we even got our own food. When we asked for our food to be remade since half the meal was wrong they just reheated it and gave it back to us at 2:30. We got our food comped, but we're not allowed to speak to a manager even after we asked to. Not worth the gas to drive there.
I've been waiting for the to-go order for over 30 minutes, and when I asked how long it would take, the cashier told me they wouldn't tell him they were going to say, "they were just backed up." I'm not the only one having an issue, so I decided to let him know of my past mgmt food industry experience and how unprofessional it is not to give paying customers the option to know the kitchen is backed up in advance. I worked for Ihop before but did not mention that. As I was leaving, the other cashier who helped me with the purchase questioned if I was the one he assisted after giving me my food. I won't say that I will never go again, but it may be a while, and it won't be on a Sunday. This entire situation was messy.
Always love ihop for the pancakes For the breakfast you can get any time of the day nice and clean but we had a great waiter game Richard yesterday was exceptionally nice
We got there early and were 1 of 3 coupled there...nice but then a group came in and was coughing. We just got up and left. Did not finish out food or anything. If you are sick please stay home
Great place to have a quite Christmas Dinner with close friends when you don't want to cook. Our server Richard did a great job of keeping up with all his tables. The service was fast and friendly considering that they only had two servers on duty for Christmas Day. The food was served hot and fresh.Kudos to those who work on holidays so the rest of us can eat out!!!
Food is ok ... prices... ok too i guess wait is a bit long not sure if its covid regulations or staff shortages... but at times it seemed there's was more people waiting than dinning idk it was a bit weird because at times the whole side of the diner had people while the other was empty idk
Good service, good food (ate breakfast.) No waiting seated promptly.
