Hooters of Ontario is a great establishment to come to for delicious wings, refreshing beer, and good times! The staff here are professional and informative of what's on their menu. It's definitely a place to be with a group of friends where you can catch up and watch sports on the TV screens that are provided within the restaurant. Cheers to you Hooters!!
OK OK so I brought my son here for his 18th birthday with ten family members and I'll just say we had to ask 4 tines for them to sing happy birthday people were coming in way after us and they were singing to them and other tables but we had to keep asking and asking then the food was OK not great we all ate at different times some had to order again because their order was never brought but anyway all in all my son absolutely loved it haha I guess that's all that matters he wants to go every year just maybe not the one in Ontario mills sorry ladies.
Been missing Hooters since they closed most of the ones close to where we live. We were excited to get some wings and drinks. We showed up in a Friday at about 530pm. We figured it would be busy but we were seated right away. Then we waited for about 15 minutes to be acknowledged and get our drink order. They took our drink and appetizer order for us two. They were not very busy considering it was a Friday afternoon. Appetizers came out and we finished. Took them about 20 minutes after we were done for them to come check on us again to get our entree order. She took our order, repeated our order and came back to ask us again what we wanted after she repeated the order back to us correctly. Food was good when we received it but it was so cold that our food was cold very quickly. When we were ready to pay it took the waitress about 30 minutes for her to pick up our check. I had to go chase her down. We spent 2.5 hours at the restaurant, half the time was spent waiting on someone or something.
I had the best experience at this location. My server KAT(RINA) went above and beyond in her customer service. Very personable, always smiling and had a terrific sense of humor. The food was great, as usual but we stayed longer because of the atmosphere and the attention we got from Kat. THANK YOU KAT..!!
Only come out this way when I'm swinging by the airport to pick somebody up but decided to stop by for a beer because the flight was delayed. Majority of the girls are quite attractive and the service at the bar was great. Recommend stopping in if you got some time to kill.
Cant believe im saying this, but hooters wings are actually good now!I go for the roasted or smoked wingsGirls are always friendly, some spend a lil too much time w the regulars so new visitors will end up waiting a bit more for service as they are understaffed
Service was kind of slow and the person dropped one of my wings lol. It’s nice that they’re open late and the food was consistently OK. Can’t go wrong with hot wings.
Great atmosphere and the service is fast and friendly. If u like wings and sports this is definitely the place to visit
Went there since web site said all you can eat wings on Tuesdays only to find out this was not the case. Decidedv to stay anyway. Very polute servers and quick food delivery (was rather quite this night though).
The worse experience I've had in a while. We arrived to the Restaurant and was seated at 6:50 pm. No one ever came to our table. I finally went to the Bar and asked for the Manager to come to our table. The Manager arrived at our table at 7:21pm and I explained to her how upset I was because no one has served us. She said she was sorry and will get our food out. Well the food came out and she still got my order wrong. I guess because we weren't men, that we couldn't be served because as soon as some men were seated, the waitress that we were supposed to have, came over to serve them.The Manager checked on us one time and then our so called waitress passed by and put our ticket on the table. We waited to pay and ended up finding the Manager and I handed her the ticket and cash and walked out the door. She was saying as I was walking off, "The waitress was supposed to take care of you" Anything else she said, I didn't hear because I was done after that point! THE WORST SERVICE EVER, FROM MANAGEMENT ON DOWN!!!!!!!!!
