Went to the cashier and the manager Anthony told me I had to wait in line so I got in line when it was my turn he told me that the people in front of me were the last customers. When I asked why he told me to get in line.. Then had the audacity to say I was a liar he never told very obnoxiously. Totally rude and uncalled for. I go there every week. But Now NEVER AGAIN.... He needs to be FIRED until then me and my family will never patronize this location.

We were shopping in the mall and suddenly saw the Haagen-Dazs finally open since we saw the sign arould two years ago. We've been checked if it open for few times. So we were excited and made our first purchase here. We found there were some coupon on the counter when we made the payment.The coupon says we can sigh up the membership and make first purchase then we can get a mini corn for free. We confirmed with the 1st staff if we can get it now. She said yes but we need to download the APP. We went back to the counter after downloaded the APP and signed up. The 2nd staff let us step back and someone coming to check out. But after she finished serving the guest. She didn't come back to help us until we ask her again. She can not find the QR code on the APP and asked the 3rd staff. The 3rd staff also don't know. But finally I found the code by my self when we saw the 1st staff coming. She also asked us wait because she will help some one to make the payment. After that, She talked with the 2nd and the 3rd staff. Seems they are all confuse. Then the 1st staff come back and tell me we should show her the code wen we make the payment, not now. Must be kidding. I told her people stand by the counter to do the download and sign up will take long time and block the queue. Waste everyone's time include yours. The coupon should be put at enter point but not the exit point to save everyone'time if by that way. She said we can use the coupon next time and wen need to redeem after we got enough point. I said next time is not first-time purchase and the introduction didn't say we need redeem with point. Also if like that, why did you let us do it here and wait? She said I don't know, I just work here. I asked "so these coupon are useless, they are rubbish, right"? She said yes. ..................I don't know what I can do any more. They made totally made our happy day darken. No courtesy. No profession. No service. Not a real Häagen-D

It isnt my 1st time eating their ice cream but it is my 1st time at this location. I was super stoked about their Dazzler sundae since there advertisement railed me in honestly its the bomb

I just wanted to say iluv!! the special edition Haagen daz ice cream flavor banana split. Im so disappointed I have not seen it sold anywhere since. I am so serious about it. And not sure? who to contact. Bring It Back!! Guys is all.. I'm trying to say. Thanxslotts - Niki.
