Never had Firehouse but T-mobile Tuesday had it so you can get a free sub so we decided to give it a try, well My wife went inside and I stayed at home to baby sit but I gave my wife my phone with code for a free sub, we both had one. the Girl behind counter would not honor and said she only could use one code even though my wife had her phone and my phone with 2 separate codes and told him I was at home baby sitting... the Girl had a attitude and said no only one..so bought one sandwich and had the Chile, Chile was spicy and bland, I had the Italian sandwich yuk, the bread was soggy and the sauce taste like puke,, I was surprised that it didn't taste like a Italian sandwich, let say that I wasn't happy with the service or sandwich and won't go back..Jersy Mikes has better tastier sandwiches.

Employees are very unprofessional. They don't even greet and the mood in that place seems very wack. 1st and last time at this place. I'll go out to subway instead.

Bomb!! ??so good on the garlic bread and added avocado to my turkey bacon ranch minus the ranch. Chili or excellent even better than the soup.. A+
I can't even give enough stars for this place!!! WOW!! Hands down best sandwich myself, husband, & 12 yr old had EXCELLENT! Never been here 1st time but the location in Ontario, CA.. much better than the Rancho Location.. OMG WAS IT GOOD!! ?
