Would not recommend this place at all! When we first walked in the place had a super weird smell and once I got my “ice cream” (more like a slightly frozen cup of milk) it tasted exactly like the smell of the place. We asked how long a funnel cake would take to make and the guy there said 25-30 MINUTES! There was no one there except me and my group! Once we ordered the guy made us go outside of the restaurant to wait for our order! They don’t even have tables or chairs outside to sit. We waited around 30 minutes for a blizzard ice cream and a cone! And by the time I received my blizzard ice cream is was 90% melted. It was supposed to be a brownie blizzard and instead I got a cup of milk with brownie crumbs! There wasn’t even chunks of brownie in it. You’re better off going to Dairy Queen. Do NOT GO HERE!
We just found this place today (4/2/22) amd we ordered a hazelnut/nutella funnel cake with ice cream, fried oreos, a giant cookie, and a cookie dough blizzard, and it was so delicious! Very delicious was worth the gas to get there ? the staff were cool too! Also, get the rewards card, after the tenth visit, you get a free dessert.
No Star Did not like the service nor the food. The place smelled like old vegetable oil. Waited a good minute before we were attended. Staff was preping the ice for a slushy machine. Ignore us then finally took our order which resulted in more than 20 minute wait. Drinks were mushy with an old after taste. Definitely not returning nor do i recommend this place.
I’m Dissatisfied with today service, and I have been over 10 times. Online states they open at 1:30pm then get to the place and it says 2pm so we waited 15min and the guy finally showed up and then said it would be 15min and then he left and it had been like 10min or so then we finally decided to leave because we didn’t see him back yet.But overall I really love this place, they always give outstanding service :)
Shake was good but took so long! And I was the 2nd person in line. 35 min wait for 1 shake and 1 smoothie. Ridiculous
Thought they were open at 2 showed up 10 mins earlier. And still no one. It’s 215 the guys barely gets here and then decides to take an extra 15 mins. Pretty ridiculous to have waited that long. We Left. Not wasting more time. Maybe next time they’ll be open.
The strawberry cheesecake funnel cakes ND churros are good ASF...definitely recommend stopping by if ur in Ontario
Ice cream was just so so, but the funnel cake was fantastic and more than made up for the ice cream. A lot of flavors available along with shakes and smoothies. Plan on going back to try other flavors and snacks.
Nathan I will b back was craving a funnel cake and they came thru banana pudding was great customer service excellent a lil cleaning of the windows so u can pop stand out besides that definitely recommended
This place is dirty, smells like burn oil and the guy is rude and has no customer service. We walked in and we were hit with the smell of reused burnt oil. The guy saw us walk in as he was scooping ice cream and did not even acknowledge us. I had to say hi and he just nodded. He immediately turned around giving us his back and we were in there for a good 5 min. And he did not care to say, "I'll be w/ you in a min. How can I help you?... NOTHING. We walked out and did not but anything. If I could give it half a star I would!
