the drive thru line wrapped around most of the parking lot so i decided to go inside to the front counter. it was no better because there was a long line to the cashier and all of the seats were taken in the dining area or being saved for those people in line. i ended up taking my avocado burrito to go instead. sadly, they no longer have the salsa bar available to the public but the area in that corner was clean so i just asked the girl who handed me my food for the red hot spicy salsa.
Here at 7:15pm and the door is locked and they won't let me in despite the sign saying the dining room is open until 8pm. There are several customers inside. I don't have a car to drive through. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
not this one employees bad attitude
I was excited to try for the first time, the chicken itself was good but we paid extra for churros and we never received them. We went thru the drive-thru so we didn’t notice until we got home. I tried to call back the store but no one answered. I just want my churros…
This location always has consistent quality of food. The staff is friendly and quick with service. The tables and other areas of the location are always clean. It does get busy during lunch hours but they move the line quickly and good is prepared without delay.
Food was good and service was awesome and she remembered my order after I had to drive back to get my wallet and I came back after delivering my load. 5 stars from me
The manager at this El Pollo Loco was very rude and didn't care that our food was just thrown in the bag with food hanging off the sides of the container and the sauce spilled in the bag from the salsa. We would go here 4 times a month or more. No more. She even told my bfs mom that she didn't care if we were unhappy with the service that we could call corporate. This is not the way to treat customers. Not to mention last time they messed up out order.
Wait 30 minutes for the food then get back to my hotel room and no fork or spoon. I went thru the drive thru. How smart do you gotta be to hand people the food they ordered with something to eat it with?
