Drive thru messed up my order which is no big deal,until they refused to fix my order,saying they didn't have no time.A manager comes with an attitude,rolling her eyes ,she has no costumer skills she shut the window on me as I'm trying to explain what went wrong,she didn't know how to handle the situation ,I don't know how she became a manager in the first place! It took a lady from the back to come and apologize for her rude behavior and fix my order...thank you to the worker who stepped up and handled it better than the so called manager.
I went inside to order and use the restroom after being on the freeway for over an hour. I waited five minutes to be served, but the staff was all focused on the drive-through customers. There was no restroom that I could see. I don't think they even saw me standing there. So I went back outside to my car and drove through. The combo burrito was hot and delicious, as is the case with just about every Del Taco I've ever visited. The mini-shake was not as frozen as I like, and a bit too foamy.
Was warned not to buy the Spicy Jack Quesadillo from a friendly employee at one of the franchise locations who suggested a more valuable alternative but I forgot and bought one here anyway. They were right! My server did not share the caution but delivered my meal quickly and let me know it was ready while dining-in with no problems. So despite the menu and price of some items, the employees here always greet me with kindness. So even though my cheesy treat was a bit overpriced in my opinion, it sure was delicious.
The manager that was working had a very big attitude and I didn't like seeing her roll her eyes and make all kinds of gestures behind the ladies back and it was her first day. The food is very skimpy my 1/2 pound burritos were the size of the small size ones
Found out they were shorthanded. So people were coming through the drive-through with a online order only. That's so sad. Can't make any money that way. would benice if people wanted to work.. Or at least come in for their shifts. So sad.
Place sucks now , use to be good when the older lady ran the show. Now The kids that run it give no f's at all about what they are serving ..thanks for the garbage food ..
This place is terrible. On two separate occasions they’ve forgotten a food item. One time it was a burrito and the other time a burger. Also the tortilla they use has been stale several times. Check your order before you leave the drive thru if you come here.
Really has improved with deals and quality of food to lure new customers. Your doing a great job. Keep it up. Im your fan. Good luck
Macho combo, large fry an 10 soft tacos.. May take a bit but its hot, fresh an they do their best to make up for the long waits.Friendly staff, fast workers, even when machines are done. Haven't messed up a order in all the times I eat here.Give them a raise!! ? 4:59pm new years team!
Spent nearly 25 minutes in the drive thru. May have been due to large orders in front of me but still felt excessive. Beans tasted burned. Rice was crunchy and under cooked.
