This was a JOKE! Spent almost $1000 for a birthday party to get what amounted to quality below a happy meal. The ONLY redeeming factor were the 2 servers. Everything else was atrocious. Total lack of communication from the corporate level "party planner". Disinterest from the local staff when tried to ask questions about having a party.When I tried to ask about add-ons for the adult guests... they never answered. They wouldn't return calls. Took DAYS to respond to emails. The 2 "serves 4" platters that were for the adults were just relabeled appetizers on their regular menu that normally feed ONE person. (They are the far left in one of the photos. ). There are 4 plates because I finally got them to double it.The day of the party, the manager told us to sit in the wrong section and we had to move half our party. The food looked like it was from a cafeteria. And some might think... but you got the room... NO... the room was an extra charge.... the food you see in the photos was HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of dollars... for what?!?!?!I am telling you now... dont book a party here EVER!!!!ITS THE WORST RIP OFF IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.There was so much more wrong with this experience... but I dont want to spend the next hour typing it all out....Adding this due to Dave and Busters Response...I DID call customer service. I made a report on what happened and was told that someone would call Me back... that was DAYS ago... nothing.... no call... no email. They were quick to take My money for the party... but this is just like when I'd ask questions about the party... like pricing for add-ons... no response... this is indicative of how the entire experience was.
I have been here once before and had a fantastic time. Unfortunately my most recent visit was the opposite. We were seated almost instantly which was fantastic. But that's about it. The waiter took forever to finally notice us and come to the table. After 20 to 30 minutes of not being recognized, we ordered via QR code. Once the waiter finally came over to bring waters, we told him we had ordered online and from that point on he basically forgot we existed. He didn't come over at all to check on us, if the food orders had come out, or to ask if we wanted refills on waters. My order got lost or something because it took an hour and multiple check-ins (in which we had to get up and go ask our waiter) after placing the order in the app for it to finally arrive. My food and drink came about 30 minutes after the rest of my table, yet we all ordered at the same time. A different name and asked if anyone ordered a vodka soda (my drink), but just disappeared after we confirmed that it was for our table.Games are fun however that night they sucked only because I was using the app in Google Play and I would have to scan 2 to 3 times for the game to recognize the scan and start. Each scan somehow would recognize my chips and deduct them without starting the game. I definitely paid double to play each game. Finally, I think port-a-potties were cleaner than the bathrooms. Overall it was an unfortunately poor experience that did not live up to my first impression.
We visit this location fairly often and it is always a pleasant experience. Last night we came here for dinner and games to celebrate my son's graduation. The wait for a table was extremely long even though there weren't a lot of people there. I put my name on the list and gave my phone # and waited for about 40 minutes. After seeing others walk up and be seated I decided to ask how much longer and it turns out that they had my phone # wrong. I believe they were training the girl at the front and mistakes happen so no problem, just be sure to confirm your number when giving it to them because they do not call out your name. Service and food was GREAT! Meya was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was very attentive and stopped by several times to ask how we were doing. We even had a little issue trying to use a gift card and she had to get her manager involved. But she was still extremely patient and kind, not once did we feel like a nuisance. All in all, it was a great experience!
It was so much fun! First time coming here, and it was awesome. (Wish they'd give Birthday discounts or something, though) anyway, the food wasn't the greatest, and we waited for such a long time... The drinks were a bit pricey too. But overall, I had an amazing time.
My family & I had a wonderful experience. We bought the token cards for our boys & they didn't have a problem finding games they were interested in. Once they were done gaming, we had a sit down dinner in the restaurant portion. They were severely understaffed, and you could tell the cooks were busting out food as fast as they could. The wait was rather long, but my God the food was worth it. Each of us got a different meal, and everything was cooked to perfection. Our poor server was trying so hard to make it a wonderful experience as best he could, and he did. Hopefully next time the wait wont be so long, but I still believe it's worth it. Will definitely go again.
First of, this was the first time at this establishment and let me tell you, it was CROWDED. The wait just to eat was 2 hours and a half and we decided to just play games. Although there was a larger variety of games to play, you had to wait just to play simple games. The pricing was fair and I only had issues with 4 games out of the few we played. The issues I had were with the mess. There were so many drinks all over the place. There was toilet paper on the floor coming out of the restrooms and they were DISGUSTING. I understand, this place gets busy and they sell drinks AND food so why not have some one attentive with the cleaning? I could not get over how dirty this place was so this is a big no no for me.
This is something to do if you don't want to drive to two different places to eat and have fun. My kids love it. Dine-in menu, not a wide selection, but not bad for what they have because kids are more focus on playing games than the food. No worries, the food is good. Staff is nice and I have never had a problem with them. If you are on a date, I recommend to go here.
Was a little surprised to see so many people in there. But happy to see some of them wearing masks. And thankfully it was cleaner than I had expected. I played some games nothing was sticky thank God. The food was good it took a while to come out however the drinks were made well enough to keep my mind from dwelling upon the wait.. All in all a good time haven't been here I've been here in so long, nothing is the same everything has changed but it is looking good.
Been there twice and both times I didn't like. I Went on a Saturday afternoon this time. Took them almost 2 hours to bring out our food. The waiter was cool bringing me beer and all but I wasn't there to make friends with the waiter.. When they finally brought my food out I was over being there and so were my kids. So I had them box it up and we left.
Really bad service waiter don’t know what they are doing no control at all waiting more than 2 hrs and I never got sitted very disappointed
