I never usually rate anywhere or anything. But this time is a must. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I ordered through the drive-thru and they gave me my food cold and the chicken was as hard as the stone. When I went in there I saw batches of chicken sitting there, and before I got my order they said the chicken is “fresh”. How is that fresh? That’s disgusting I don’t even know how do they feed that to people. I asked for a refund and gave them the chicken I ordered but they only gave me $8 out of the $34 that I paid for. I returned 2 chicken sandwiches and 5 tenders & she only refunded me for 3 chicken tenders & 1 sandwich!! That girl working there was so rude , gave an attitude, and was never understanding. I bet she would throw out if she tasted her nasty cold chickens. Anyways, I called my bank and the amount is being disputed. Worst customer service ever. A precious advice is to save your money and never ever go there. And this advice is for that girl “if you think you are a manager just for leading that place, then you should rethink your position” I don’t know what’s the purpose of being a manager if you have 0 customer service skills and 0 communications. Literally 0.
I had problems ordering at the drive thru window, with the cashier taking my order. She would not give me 2 side orders that I was placing. She corrected me several times about what came in the meal boxes but I told her I wanted 2 side orders of biscuits, anyway. She would not listen to me and told me I wasn't understanding her, when in reality she was not understanding me. I pulled up at window and again, explained that I wanted two extra orders of biscuits but she still argued with me about my order and even told me I was not understanding her and shook her head at me . So rude. I ended up with only one side order of biscuits when I wanted two. Really bad customer service. She could have just gave me two side orders. Lol would have cost more and made more money for the business.
Had church's chicken for the 1st time. I ordered a chicken sandwich biscuit some French fries and their new how a new half shrimp half tender basket. And I gotta say I was extremely disappointed with the whole meal. Didn't taste like anything was seasoned or flavored. The chicken in my sandwich looked like it was old and burnt. Also I think this is hair in my fries. Never going back.
Place says it opens at 10am but I pulled to the drive through and the lady by the menu in the door said they open at 11am. Okay that’s fine it’s 10:50 I can wait 10 minutes. I wait until 11AM and go to the door and there are 3 other people following me, one is getting dropped off by Uber or Lyft it looks like and by this time it’s 11:04, the people are just staring at the 4 now 5 people standing outside waiting….. One person knocks on the door and the worker just waves no with an attitude! Ok like it’s 11:09 right now and your still not open and you have (customers at your place of business) why that attitude? So I go to my truck to wait and people are pulling through the drive through waiting and getting turned away without explanation or anything not they are upset as well. This is ridiculous and customers should not be treated this way! People here are so rude!! This is not the first time this happened so this time I’m sorry I had to write a review. Please get it together we live here and try to give you business but I’d rather take my business to the other closest one that gives better service.
Sandwiches aren't the best or special almost burnt...but their chicken in general at a different location was quite good and that they include honey on their biscuits as a default was delightful

WELLLLIt's hard to judge right now.I like Churches, but today.They did not haveSpicyMashed Potatoes & gravyWas the only option @ the time.I had to get out of the line and go next door to an ATM because it was cash ONLY & I had NONE..Let's talk about the speaker in the drive thru.I had to get out if the truck to ATTEMPT to hear her ( order taker ) better.The speaker is at the BOTTOM of the order board and truly requires a NEW Speaker ? or intire system.As for the food, I like Spicy, there was NONE, so I ate what I ate and I have no TRUE Judgment on itIT WAS CRUNCHY...
The food was good,but service wasn't. The lady had an attitude because she didn't understand us and we didn't understand her. We both have accents.lol. we finally had to walk in and she just had an attitude for no reason. Loved the food tho. First time eating there.
U can only order 1 combo, tender looks like left-over last night, be sure to ask for receipt cuz they do overcharge u. Even if they gave u the receipt, it’s blurred, u can’t see what u order and price.
I love the chicken, but this place really needs to get it together. The ladies working here are working so hard to do the best with what they have. The owner should really get more staff, clean the place up and fix broken equipment like the machine to pay with a credit card. There's a sign on the window saying they close early now due to short staffed. I'd understand mid pandemic, but someone is just being cheap. I hope the best for the ladies working there. They are the only ones trying to keep this place open and they look overworked.
