Great food and nice staff.
I just stopped by this morning for breakfast at this place. Me and my daughter were seated and were totally ignored for like 15 to 20 minutes. New customers came in and they were attended almost immediately. Not sure if the place is racist or just plainly ignores their customers. I will NEVER ? return to this place and make sure to post negative reviews everywhere I can for the worst service of any restaurant!
I had breakfast here after a medical appmt. The waitresses were very accommodating.. and the veggie omelet was delicious..
Sub-par food. Guests loudly arguing about inane issues. My Titos Martini WITHOUT vermouth was sweet tasting. My server swears she poured Titos (so i guess i must be wrong), figured it was the juice from cherries next to the olives. She fixed it but just an overall bad experience anyway. I should have gone with my gut feeling. I think it's a pandemic curse. The restaurants and bars that defied the strict state and county covid restrictions, like this one, are in trouble now. The ones that got creative and survived are flourishing. I know who they are and I'm supporting them. Good bye Brandon's Ontario.
Truly enjoy this place for it's excellent fresh food, friendly atmosphere first rate server. Keep going back again & again sharing the experience with others. The chicken fried steak & gravey is wow! They give you huge portions as well. Plenty of choices for dining. Biggest menu ever. I usually get a different meal as well to take home because there are soo many good choices. You should go, you will not be disappointed.

Went to Brandon's this morning. Went to sit at the bar but the table was dirty. My wife is handicapped so we were waiting for the booth. The waitress saw us but refused to clean the table even though she knew it was dirty. After 15 minutes of standing i asked another waitress if she could help clean the table. She advised the bartender that she needed to clean the table. She looked over and told us the bar tables are open... my wife's handicapped we need the booth. After 20 minutes we left. One of the things I like about Brandon's is that it doesn't have to be the morning to have breakfast... you can have a breakfast dish for dinner or a lunch for breakfast, any item at anytime.It's a very clean restaurant and the staff is super friendly.Also, easy to find. Right off the 60fwy at Vineyard Ave.
