They burn the bottom of the pizzas. They are not consistent with the temperature or way they cook there pizzas, and there rewards programs are never working. They don't care to take out the trash until trash is pouring out of the trashcan, so you can't even put your finish trash into it. I do not recommend this Blaze pizza location at all.
I love Blaze pizza, they always have fresh ingredients, and make my pizza in anyway that I like.I have tried all of their doughs and they are all tast amazing.I specifically love their pesto sauce.And recently I fell in love with their garlic pesto bread.
Wow i ordered a pizza, and this is what is inside the box w my pizza. You should do a better job cleaning. I cant believe you pass your inspections.
My first time trying Blaze, was on PI day 2022. I ordered a regular crust pizza with garlic pesto sauce and unlimited toppings. I barely had any pesto sauce on it and the toppings weren't even distributed. The chicken chunks and garlic were a nice size, but everything else lacked. I will try them again, because even though the pizza lacked in some parts, it was still good.
I truly do not know why this place has 4.4 stars. There were AT LEAST 8 people working at one time while I was there at 6:50 and I did not leave until after 7:20. There was a line almost out the door and though I was at the register at this point it took painfully even for that part because the person didn't know how to use the order screen. Please get it together. Forget the money, I wish I could refund my time.
Really delicious pizza!!!! I had an hour of lunch and they were quick to getting our order and pizza to us.
This location is awesome and always makes my pizza exactly the way I like it and it only takes not even 10 mins of my time. Employees are friendly and ingredients are fresh. Highly recommend
While the pizza was good, the staff were moving at a snails pace even with no line. They kept taking online orders ahead of in person customers. You could tell none of them really wanted to be there and it showed. Complete lack of any sort of customer service
The only reason I'm given a 2 star is because I like the pizza. The workers were not helpful. When I 1st walked into the store all the tables for dirty. I did walk over and ask if someone could clean the table. Thank goodness there was a lady next to me that had Disinfectant wipes. 5 minutes later someone could show up to clean the table that I already cleaned. The employee that was cleaning tables barely wiped them and let's not talk about the bathroom... it was horrible. Thank goodness I cleaned my own table. Kind of make me fear for other people people because the pandemic is still going on. I wasn't too happy about eating there.
The staff is aware that we are waiting for her to entertain us so we can order pizza, she is supposed to say “ill be right with you”, she is just walking back and forth doing something, like we dont exist, not smiling, looks tired, seems like she doesnt like what shes doing. The place is not even full, my friend talked to the other staff to catch his co worker’s attention, he just said “she is still busy”, didnt even bother to help us get our order.????????????
