First time here for me. So walking in here and not knowing where to go or how to order. So I just walked myself to the bar area. With graduation celebrations going on it was quite busy. This place was pretty loud but once I ordered my drinks I can say I was ok. Food was delicious and fresh made to order. I was there to drink and celebrate. The drinks did not disappoint. Despite how busy it was, the staff was super friendly and attentive. Kevin rocks!!! Will be returning with the grand kids for a great time.
My boyfriend brought me n my daughter her yesterday. We had a great time playing games. We had pizza with was excellent and not frozen ❤️ ....the service was great the man even gave us free game card will definitely do this more often.
What a wonderful time my two great grandsons had celebrating their birthday and their Grandpa's birthday at Big Al's. Everybody had fun bowling, eating, and the big people were drinking a few things too. Great food, I love the wings the best. The pizza was delicious too.. I sure enjoyed playing in the arcades and especially loved watching the grandkids, my Niecee & great Niecee play and the great grandkids. Gotta take the kids during the week because they're free.
I have came here for a while now, celebrate couple bdays and today services was horrible. I had a total of 3 waivers and it’s not as busy. No refills and wrong order of meat. I do see the manager helping with means short staff or maybe new staff. I wish i can record to show the services.
My family and I absolutely love this place! A family friendly atmosphere with great food, great service, great arcade, and great bowling. Big Al's is clean and the games are always working in the arcade! (A huge bonus- just ask any parent) We have been many times and can't wait to go back. We just had our son's birthday there this past weekend and were extremely happy with everything! The staff was amazing and the kids had a blast!
It was a really engaging environment, the atmosphere was cool & family oriented. The food was very tasty & satisfying, there were video game rooms & pool rooms & bolling areas & separate bolling areas for private parties.. T.V.s everywhere.the beer was great. I had 2 nice & cold... The bartenders were cool & friendly. & did their jobs well... My brother and I had a great time catching up... time flew by... The next thing you know, it was time to go home .
This place is way better than RoundOne.
The food was awful. No flavor at all. I HATE ordering off a scan. You don't get everything that you need to know.The sauce on the burger was so hot it literally had my son's mouth on fire. Glad I didn't eat it.The blowing was ok.Games were fun.
Big Al's was really fun. Bartenders were fast and don't over pour. The food is very presentable and yummy. Brisket nachos are bomb ? ? The games are like Dave & Buster's and the prizes could have more options but good enough. I recommend for a birthday party. They have private room for bowling ? if you are wanting to have a birthday there.
Was great we really have fun prices are better than before ….;)
