I have never had such terrible service from any Arbys ever. The employees were rude. The service was horrible. We had to wait 15 minutes for a smokehouse sandwich and two fish sandwiches. The food tasted horrible. The bread was stale and the food tasted gross. I will never go to this Arbys ever again and I live right around the corner from there. I wish I could give it negative star ratings.
For the most part this has been great that's why 3 stars but the last 2 times i gone seems like workers are being lazy. I ordered fries and the where sprinkled with black stuff i retired them and she's said if i wanted new one the will the same black stuff!! Wow ? what a answer, maybe try cleaning your fries and you won't have this issues. This stuff comes from oil not being clean daily/ old oil. Now today i got my usual sliders and they are dry and tough so i opened it and i found this. This looks like lazy ppl preparing food and not cleaning. Sorry but it's true.
Rock solid chicken, wasn’t even edible. It’s been that way the last few times. There was no one in the the drive thru, now I know why. Last time I eat any Arby’s the food is just trash now. McDonald’s is now comparable to Arby’s. Good job you guys!
I just bought two beef and cheddars in there is no cheddar and barely any beef and none of the Red sauce on them. Truly a waste of money
Love Arby's but this location was pretty bad, watered down fanta got a coke tasted like diet. The chicken sandwich's we're not the same at any other location. Will not visit again. Workers were nice though so that's deserving of a star .
I used to love Arby's but hadn't been for many years. I looked forward to going and getting a french dip - had always been my favorite. Also picked up some other sandwiches for the family. When I got home and pulled out order from the bags I had everything...except the au jus.
This is Only for the New Diablo Chicken Sandwich. NOT SPICY at all! Sorry other place has a better spicy chicken sandwich.
Some of the friendliest workers here in the drive thru compared to other fast food locations in the area. I will admit they have gotten my order wrong once, but just double check your order and the employees will be happy to resolve your issue. Usually the line is short too
Came to this location customer service was very great as well as the food was on point.. Thank you for providing the area delicious food & amazing service!!! Will be back to try something else as well on the menu?
Ordered fries and they were cold and stale tasting. Turkey Ranch Bacon sandwich tasted terrible! Not sure what the cheese was made of but it was funny tasting, so I removed it from the sandwich, and the bread crusts were hard and I cut them off.
