I went there and picked up a couple of fried shredded beef tacos for my family and myself. I came home and went to feed my son a taco and when I opened it it smell like rancid meat. The meat smelt like it had been bad meat and then cooked. Or possibly not put away properly. I immediately went back to the restaurant to let them know that I wanted to return my order and wanted a refund. The guy at the window talked to the cooks and tried to convince me that everything was fresh. I told him the meat smells and tastes bad he then said well do you want a new order? I said no I'd like my money back. He kind of gave me an attitude and was like it's good. I then opened another container with the tacos in it and made him smell it. He smelt the food and looked confused saying oh I don't know. It was bad! Well he gave me my money back and needless to say on their account I am sick today. I will never go here again. They've losted a long time customer.
Great food always they never disappoint and very large portions nice phone ordering and they speak both Spanish and English
Usually this place has very good & fresh food. This time was a little disappointing because the burrito I ordered the Carne asada was cold, making the whole burrito cold & to appear not to be freshly prepared. It was like it had been sitting g in the refrigerator all day. This seemed to be more like the case when I take into consideration that the Carne asada quesidilla was warm all the way through. Both were eaten immediately upon receipt. The food this time lacked the heart that has always been put into the food preparation & its quality. In the past, this has been one of my favorite places for Mexican food. I hope that they were just having a bad day, and this doesn't become the new norm.
I love this place but I clearly told the cashier no cheese, I’m lactose intolerant and there’s cheese in my order. Aside from the attitude and rude/ short answers she gives she is now really not caring about the customer service at all. I AM EXTREMELY ALLERGIC. I am disappointed in the cashiers customers service she is no equipped to handle that much responsibility to separate business from personal issues as to none of us know her there should be no issue
Food is very good workers are always with a great attitude its a small restaurant with lots of great food great prices authentic Mexican food takes me back to all the home cooked meals my family grew up on.
Nice local small joint. Had carne asada fries and a large tamarindo drink. They were both very good. All under $15. Thumbs up.
I ordered a chorizo burrito. The meat looked nothing like chorizo and after a few bites I couldn't finish it because of all the gristle. Almost puked.
Good food place stays packed don't use drive-thru but walk in
Mexican Food. Right Next to Juanita's but Juanita's isn't Open 24 hours, is it? nope. I ordered a veggie burrito and so far, One of my favorite places to order food after most store hours have closed if you crave mexfood.
Hello when I order I alway's get chill Verde burrito 's an asada nachos they alway's mess up my order no chill Verde on my burrito an no sour cream or avocado on my Nacho's. I ask them what do you put on asada nachos they tell me an I order it .But the last 2 times I've been there it's been late after work like 12 a.m not sure why this happens but it does..
