I love going here with my kids. The best part is that it's great all year round. It's not as cold as it is outside but still good. The toppings are always fresh and the place is kept really clean.
Came in around 9 on a Saturday night. The young girl who checked us out was very rude. From the beginning, you could tell she did not want to be there. She seemed fed up with the job. As she gave my husband the total I realized I forgot the caramel. I went ahead & added it & as soon as I did she said “next time add the caramel before you pay†to which I replied “okayâ€. I then turned to my husband & told him I had forgotten to add it before he payed. The young girl looked up at me & said “what did you say?†as if she were trying to instigate a situation. I said “oh I was speaking to my husband†& she replied “okay†while rolling her eyes. If the caramel issue really disturbed her that much, she could have asked me to pay the difference and I would have been more than happy to do so (after all how much could a pump of caramel cost?). It is clear that these employees lack the basics in customer service. The yogurt is delicious but her lack of professionalism left a bad taste in my mouth.
Always clean and fun place to grab a treat. The staff is great.
Very clean, nice variety of toppings and you can make it healthy with fresh fruit or more indulgent with candy or chocolate. Inside and outside seating available.
