They never told me my order was ready. My order was sitting on the rack for over 30 minutes. I came in and told them I was there the minute I arrived too. Not a good job paying attention to the customers. I would recommend checking on someone who has been in the lobby for 45 minutes with no food on their table.
If they tell you the wait time is, just double it. The customer service was everything but great. One of the employees even joked about taking longer than they had promised. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
You can't be mad at the wait when they tell you its going to be wait before you order. Its a Saturday during the holiday season at dinner time so of course its going to be busy. The staff was working hard and as fast as they could to get the orders out. Thank you to the sweet cashier who helped me. 4 stars because of the 45minute wait
Decided to try Wingstop instead of ordering from buffalo wild wings or rookies.Ordered online and noticed at checkout I didn't accidentally chose for pickup. There was no option to modify the order so I immediately called.I was told that 'they do not deliver' and she wasn't sure what they site said about delivery. I tell her Ill order online with the deliver option and to see what it does. It went through, I called back - and she says 'Oh, so yea we do deliver, we just give it to door dash.'Ok cool. I asked to just cancel my previous order and she says she cannot and she can only provide store credit, WHICH expires in 30 days AND I can only order the SAME EXACT meal I ordered.What the heck.I ask for an explanation and told her it's pretty odd that I can't cancel an order, receive a refund, receive store credit with a 30 day expiration date, AND only order the same exact meal I ordered.. She only responded with 'corporate' this or 'corporate' that.I gotta admit I'm pretty frustrated. They don't have knowledgable staff AND they do not put the customer first. Horrible first experience, wouldn't recommend.
The Wing Stop in Oceanside is much wow!This place allows for you to order a type of wing order then add some type of heat/tempurature/spice to it. They offer only a handful of options but whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. My biggest caveat and reason for 4 ? review is because the chicken wings are swimming in oil whenever you open up your food box.Pricing is comparable, not too much but not too expensive. Though they serve chicken in a pool of oil, their chicken is really delicious. They also serve other things food but why go to a friend chicken restaurant to order something aside form chicken? Additionally, if you order from here expect to wait 20 to 30 mins. they seemingly make the chicken A La Carte. Fortunately, you can walk to other stores within the shopping center while you wait.Parking can be a bit challenging as it shares parking spots with other businesses but overall not too much of an issue.If you are looking for a local chicken wing place, it does not hurt to try this one out!
Food is yummy. Would have given 5 stars, but extra $$ for ranch and 45 min wait? It's was as if they were TRYING to talk me out of ordering there when I walked in. I ordered online from my car and waited 45 min (even though the website said 18-23). I didn't have time to come up with another dinner option. When all you do is one thing? You shouldn't be "taken by surprise" by customers and require almost an hour for a walk-in food place.
This is the third and last time I’m going to this wing stopReasons:1: Bad customer service, these guys are just plain lazy when I’ve ordered online and even in person all orders have been wrong weather not the right wings, fries were under cooked and sauce not there when asked.2. Poor Hygiene, not one time even during the pandemic have I seen an employee where a hairnet, gloves and now even a mask during my visit they have sticky floors and poor sticky counters just horrible and we’ve found hairs in our food not our but the employees due to there very vibrant hair colors3. Time: we order and hour in advance and come on time and still have to wait for 30 min to get our order like that messed up when you have to heat up the food even though it wasn’t even hot when you you got it like warm4: lack of supplies, we’ve had to change orders since these owners haven’t stocked up on to go trays, plates, cups, straws, and even ice, they are not even trying
I used to work for wingstop in Redlands. I understand it takes 25 minutes for bone in wings. I'm sorry other people don't understand that. Our food was well seasoned and had a good amount of sauce. Only giving 4 stars because of the 45 minute wait and unfortunately paying extra for ranch. Still a great company and food is delicious
Wanted to get wings and decided to stop here. Waiting in line but seemed like the person in charge was actively not trying to help us. Took a return, because they screwed up the customers original order, before us. Decided they needed to fill up their personal drink before helping us. Finally they just walked away so we decided to get food elsewhere. Will never return or order from again.
Read the reviews, I should have freakin listened! Terrible! Look at the pictures! Barely sauced. Suoposed to be Lemon Pepper bone in wings. Barely seasoned and half the wings were the cajun seasoned! It's supposed to be only Lemon Pepper! Bone less wings are Korean BBQ. Look, barely any sauce! Ridiculous! How can I get my money back???
