I order often from this place because my my son loves wings. But this place, never gets my order right....I'm either missing items or get the wrong ones. I placed an order through doordash and of course they didn't get my order right, I was missing my drinks, 10 wings and 12 buns. Dasher was an older person, very respectful and friendly, he handled the food on my hands and the bags were sealed. As soon as I noticed I was missing items, I called the store and after arguing with one of their associates I requested to speak to the manager. The manager said if I placed the order through doordash, I need it to reach out to them. I mentioned to her multiple times that the bags were sealed with their stickers....how was it possible for an elderly to take food without ripping their paper bag....how was it possible for someone to take out 10 wings when the store puts them all together in one tray.....?? It was a waste of time and energy getting upset at this so like always I just let it go. If it wasn't for kid, I wouldn't go back to this place. Not to mention their location is in a bad spot. It's hard to find parking close by.
This place is very good but understaffed. Not clean and had flies around the soft drink area. The floors were very nasty so I could only imagine what the kitchen and the restrooms were like. Get some cleaning company to clean up.
This place kind of smelled fishy... But damn were the wings good! This wingstop has redeemed the franchises food for me. As for the accommodations they were alright.
Is okay. My boyfriend thinks is kinda expensive for what you get.
Have been here a few times before and the workers have always been nice, chill, and they hustle. The food was great and the manager was vary attentive despite the place being vary busy. Like the way she greeted and helped customers and how she helped her workers. I really recommend this place.

They never told me my order was ready. My order was sitting on the rack for over 30 minutes. I came in and told them I was there the minute I arrived too. Not a good job paying attention to the customers. I would recommend checking on someone who has been in the lobby for 45 minutes with no food on their table.
You can't be mad at the wait when they tell you its going to be wait before you order. Its a Saturday during the holiday season at dinner time so of course its going to be busy. The staff was working hard and as fast as they could to get the orders out. Thank you to the sweet cashier who helped me. 4 stars because of the 45minute wait
Decided to try Wingstop instead of ordering from buffalo wild wings or rookies.Ordered online and noticed at checkout I didn't accidentally chose for pickup. There was no option to modify the order so I immediately called.I was told that 'they do not deliver' and she wasn't sure what they site said about delivery. I tell her Ill order online with the deliver option and to see what it does. It went through, I called back - and she says 'Oh, so yea we do deliver, we just give it to door dash.'Ok cool. I asked to just cancel my previous order and she says she cannot and she can only provide store credit, WHICH expires in 30 days AND I can only order the SAME EXACT meal I ordered.What the heck.I ask for an explanation and told her it's pretty odd that I can't cancel an order, receive a refund, receive store credit with a 30 day expiration date, AND only order the same exact meal I ordered.. She only responded with 'corporate' this or 'corporate' that.I gotta admit I'm pretty frustrated. They don't have knowledgable staff AND they do not put the customer first. Horrible first experience, wouldn't recommend.
Food is okay. This is the 3rd time Ive came to this wing stop and they never have ice, straws, napkins even soda.
