I’ve had some good experiences and some bad experiences here at this location. My main gripe is that when I get takeout the fries are always cold when I get home. I live about 8 minutes away. Today when I was waiting for my order I finally realized why this consistently happens. They make the sides well before the burgers are even started and they place them on a take out tray directly below an air conditioner vent. Then once they’re ready to bag it up, they stack them in a paper bag with napkins in between. What little heat they have left creates steam and they sit there and get soggy on the way home. For something as simple as fries and onion rings— and especially for a to go order, is it that difficult to prepare them to order? I hate being a jerk and complaining to them but I also hate soggy fries and cold onion rings…

I ordered delivery and they forgot the only burger I ordered. When I call the store I get redirected to a call center and they tell me I have to go to the store to get it made or get a refund. I can call any fast food place and get through to someone at that location, so the fact that The Habit doesn't afford their customers the same luxury is pathetic and shady.When I drove to the store, the cashier I talked to was very unapologetic and a cook even shook their head at me as I calmly requested my refund. It’s amazing that there is no attempt to make it right in a fair way, because I paid extra plus tip for delivery, so having to drive to the store should also be compensated by at least refunding the delivery fees as well.The Habit will never get my business again. They certainly don’t appreciate it.

First and last experience with Habit ever. I wouldn't come back even if they gave me two tickets for a free burgers. Oh, let me tell you about. I ordered a salad and brussel sprouts because the burgers didn't look desirable. So to make it up they give away tickets for burgers when they fail.This is obviously an independently own franchise that does whatever they want. The bamboo logo and colors aren't Habit franchise.There's much more but I've spent enough time with is brand as it is.

Do not order here for curbside pickup if you want hot food. This is the second time this exact scenario has happened or I wouldn't be leaving a bad review.Also, your order will not be ready when you receive a text that it is ready.Staff will make excuses that they are too busy for curbside.I didn't ask, but why I offer curbside and to-go if your restaurant is too busy to accommodate.

I would like to dock them a star but the incident wasn't really their fault.Yes they should have a dedicated Male restroom but I get that this is California and there is confusion on genetics and chromosomes but if I have to take my children to go potty and the gender confused restroom is temporary closed I don't need some Karen loosing their mind on me infront of my children for being in the dedicated female restroom.We haven't been in since the world ended so I was surprised and pleased with the remodeling. The cool blue brand looks fresh and the food was even more delicious than I remember.

Got so sick and dizzy, ? the so called beef was not even warm! The Habit is owned by Chinese corporation YUM foods since 2020 so their meat now is ground mystery meat! Remember in China they eat dogs and cats among other unorthodox and risky things. YUM foods has a history of obtaining meat from corrupt Chinese factories who use expired/decaying meat along with scrap mystery meats! This is then shipped to other countries and used in their fast food restaurants! There have been many disease/food born illness outbreaks in China because of this! I wish I would’ve looked up who owned them before I ate from this place! If you take a peak at their so called beef much closer it does not even look like real ground beef and is certainly not 100% as they used to claim! The cheese covers up the bizarre taste as well. I may have to go to the ER!

Choice menu and great staff! Came in during Friday rush, whilst some people in training, and everyone ran like Well oiled machine, top notch staff!

The menu had something for everyone in our family so we chose to eat here while visiting from our of town. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who held the door open for us. Staff was patient and friendly while our kids were deciding their order. We get cared for from the time we stepped in to the time we left. In fact, after walking out the door my four year old’s ice cream slipped off the cone (classic!). The same staff member that had held the door open had noticed and offered another cone, this time in a cup. It’s as if the staff including the chefs and those preparing the orders were family as they seemed to work very well together and provide a friendly/family environment that impressed me enough to want to leave such a positive review. And for those of you just wanting to know how good the food was…it was delicious!

ordered on line for delivery, asked for well-done but got this Pink Raw burger with some nasty old avocado ? tried to request for a full refund, but I was denied. the place hurts for money

The place had a renovation and looks nicer, that, however caused a slight raise in price. The burgers are good and I will be back for their Portobello burger with swiss cheese. Yum yum ?
