Weekday dinner review:It was completely empty and we got served pretty quick. Pad Thai noodles were very chewy and it took effort in biting those long noodles off. Otherwise standard, unremarkable flavors. The other dish was very sour and I couldn't bare to eat much of it. At least portions were big? Probably won't come back thoughFood: 4/10Service: 6/10Experience: 5/10Value: 6/10
Look no further for good Thai food. Great service, tasty Tom Kha & green curry dishes, outstanding staff. Food was prepared quickly and staff friendly. Dine-in experience was pleasant, clean and well-decorated interior, comfortable seating.Thai Thai Oceanside is one of the best Thai restaurants in all of San Diego county.
Tasty food, friendly staff, cute location. Love this place! Vegetarian options are delicious. My favorite dishes are the veggie Pad See Ew and the Yellow Curry, the Thai Salad and fried veggie rolls are so good as well.
The best tasting and most authentic/ rich flavors in town! I love coming here and the staff being so friendly and inviting are just another of the many great reasons to frequent this restaurant . The prices are great and they are just consistently the best around ??
My normal Thai place was closed, so I tried this restaurant instead. I called in an order and was told 25-30 minutes for food. Over an hour later, including waiting for 30 minutes at the restaurant I still didn’t have my food. They also transcribed my order wrong. I asked for fried spring rolls and they gave me the fresh summer rolls with the peanut sauce. For the curry I asked for level 3 spicy (out of their scale of 10) and it was more like a 6 and I couldn’t even eat the food, it was like fire. The curry had 2/3 liquid and 1/3 solid ingredients, total rip off. They didn’t even want to refund me after they admitted they lost my order which is why it took so long, and instead rushed to cook the order and made it wrong.Greed doesn’t serve you! It just creates angry clientele. I paid over $25 for only two items and was sorely disappointed and still hungry. Never coming back, they aren’t in integrity.
Food came out quick, however it wasn't the greatest quality food. I love Thai food but this place was definitely not it, my pad see wee was very salty and not what I expected. My fiancé ordered pad Thai and his dish appeared to be overcooked, the noodles were super sticky and stuck together like a glue. I forgot to take a picture of his food ?
? Super yummy!!!!!! You will leave full, happy, with plenty of leftovers. (Heads up, kitchen closes at 8:30pm, but they will still make a Togo for you. So come at least at 8 if you wanna dine in.) The lady who served us was so much fun, super great with little children. The ice water cups are very cool ?. Several came in getting food togo and commented that ALL their food is yummy. We agree! One lady said one dish lasts her 3 days ?. They do serve good portions. So glad we found this place!!! Can’t wait to enjoy our leftovers tomorrow! ?*photo is Pad Thai with chicken. Our daughter loved it! I got it with shrimp, sooooo yummy!!! Cheesy Crab were good. Husband got a huge soup and combo fried rice and liked both a lot. We look forward to dining here as often as possible. - The Lozas.
Very delicious food, especially the Shrimp Spring roll appetizers.
First time here at this restaurant. Very small area for seating. Seating is very limited, approximately 10-12 tables/booths. Service was prompt. Good variety of menu items. The Tom Kha soup had tomatoes in it which I didn’t care for. Otherwise okay. The Pad Thai (noodles) were very over cooked and the sauce was to much. Probably wouldn’t order again. Thai ice tea was very strong, definitely won’t order it again.
We ordered from this Thai place for delivary through DoorDash . Portions are pretty big and the food is tasty . We did like Kee Moa spicy noodles , cucumber salad and egg rolls. Yellow curry was delicious too . Pas Thai is so yummy with spicy edamame and a Thai Ice Tea . Corn salad had a bit too much corn and a little more shrimp would be good . Thanks !
