Worst subway I have ever been to. I have given it too many tries because it's so close to me but everytime the food is 20 times worse than any other subway, they are out of everything always, and the customer service is terrible. I got food poisoning the last time and never went back. I almost had to go to the emergency room. My husband ordered a sandwich to be delivered and came with one slice of meat on each side, one single piece of spinach on both sides. One thin slice of tomato and a ton of condiments. He ordered double meat and vegetables and cheese that they never even put on there. It's like the employee did it on purpose.Avoid this location at all cost! Not worth being ripped off and potentially getting food poisoning
Girl said I will be right with you cleaned for 10 min before looking up. Then my order frol the subway website she says is not there. But my acct was charged and maps says correct address. So now my kids dont get to eat dinner. There app has no way to message anyone.

The hours on the window are wrong I went Wednesday and it was closed at 10:30 am today Great service open and very clean.
0 stars!!! I have never been to a store like this. HORRIBLE customer service. The boy behind the counter kept sighing and rolling his eyes while we were ordering. He put the wrong cheese on my sub and then again rolled his eyes when I asked him to change the cheese and please toast it again. That didn’t matter at all because all of our toasted subs came out cold with unmelted cheese. They had no meatballs, no straws and no napkins. My kids were starving otherwise I would have left. To really make our dining experience just that little extra special the three employees stood behind the counter having a personal conversation and I think we heard the “manager” drop about 30 f bombs along with other profanities in front of my children. We left and will NEVER return.
If you want to enforce people wearing mask inside because it is a “state mandate” then have some masks ready for customers that dont have any or brought any w them. Will not be coming back at all!!!

I really hate writing bad reviews but if you own this business, I think you should know this. This site is very poorly managed. The staff has a complete attitude and completely rude. The manager saw me, a single mother, struggling to open the heavy door, and didn’t help. I said hi to him and he just walked right past me and sat down at one of the tables. Meanwhile, there was only one other customer there before us. He order took almost 20 minutes for two people to fill. There was a completely new employee there and when he would do something incorrectly, the staff member would scold him and treat him as a burden. The manager did nothing to help this poor guy out. He looked completely flustered, as anyone would be in said position.I also watched as a delivery was being picked up. They completely ignored the guy for over ten minutes. Now, if you know anything about food delivery, you know they get rated on their service as well plus get bonuses for filling a certain amount of orders. To keep the customers and the company delivering for them happy, they should train people to grab the order immediately and give it to the delivery person. Very bad training.Whoever owns this place must be losing a lot of money too because their store always shows up as closed on google maps. It’s really sad. I’ve been in the field of business for 15 years and I’ve never seen such a poorly operated franchise location before. Get it together Subway.
The pickup service was fast. I haven't had a Subway for a while and found the $5 footlong is $10. The sandwiches were good.
