One of the female employees here is so freaking rude and has a major attitude. I stood out front waiting for someone to come out from the back to help me. Nothing, no acknowledgement whatsoever so I yell "hello" three different times and then she has the nerve to yell at ME saying "I said I'll be out there in a minute!!" when I obviously could not hear you!?! Um hell no! Bye!
First I'll say the food was as good as usual. A 5 stars. The 2 stars indicate the following critique.The online order placed wasn't showing up in their system. Waiting for the order to be made after arriving and expecting to pick it up was necessary, doubling the time spent waiting. The sandwich prep board was not clean. The prep paper was placed on the crumb filled board before the server put on the gloves. The prep paper was left on the sandwich and wrapped. The 2 employees were distracted by flirting with each other rather than conducting business first and cleaning the prep area. The owner needs to address these issues.
It opened late, poor disposition and patience to tend to customers, snatched off the receipt off the printer and did not give it to me. This associate definitely gave the impression she didn’t want to be there, also disappointed no veggie patties, no sandwich of the day and no pickles, basically this Subway branch excluded some major option attractions.
Kay was extremely rude. She had no one else in line or in the store and refused to help me or even offer a greeting so she could finish making a mobile pick up which clearly stated it wasnt due for another 20 minutes. However as i was on my lunch break and pressed for time her demeanor was not only alarming but ridiculous to say the least. When i asked if she could assist me she worked even slower just to make it clear that she not only hates her job but wanted to make the encounter to be as difficult as possible. Only writing this to ensure no one else has to deal with Kay. Oh and there wasnt a single cookie made after having been open for more than 3 hours.
I love subway but I haven't had subway since the pandemic my subway club was so good.
They need to update their time. Apparently they close at 5:30pm on a Wednesday.....
I was really impressed with the quality of bread and toppings. They have upped their game.

Ordered several times from this location via DoorDash and every time I never get any napkins with my order EVEN after contacting the restaurant. Attention to detail SUBWAY which is why I’m giving 2 stars.
I like this locations because of the employees They are nice and remember what regulars like to order I didn’t even have to tell them what I wanted and they already had my Turkey avocado wrap going Produce however needs some attention Vegetables aren’t always fresh and sometimes they are short on stock Other then that I liked their sandwiches Thanks Subway team ???
