I showed up at 7:55 they close at 8 and the guy inside said that they close at 7:30 even though the hours state open till 8 pm . But that is subway service I guess.

This is the THIRD TIME I have gone to this location to be told they are "closed" an HOUR before what's advertised on google as 9PM. Mind you, the door is unlocked and wide open with the open sign lit each time. I have never had this problem with this location, I usually have a good experience with the workers here, but all of the sudden this has been happening more frequently with the SAME EMPLOYEE, I don't know if she's new or from another location, but it honestly seems like this employee is choosing to not to their job and just turns people away. If the store was genuinely closed, you think you would lock the doors and turn off the open sign.
They only have one person working, she had bad attitude too.

I did an online order for this location I 4 different sandwiches with different ingredients pretty simple ingredients I might add. When I got home with my order 1 sandwich was actually done right my daughter's a kids was the one that was right the 3 footlong were all F'd up. I called to have them done the right way but only took me calling 6 times for someone to finally answer the phone and all the girl said was well we can give you some free cookies... what no I payed a lot of money to have my food done right I want it redone the right way its not that hard I've worked in food business before and this is unexacptable. I even tried to call back the next day to talk to the manager and again no one answers the phone why have a phone if you never pick it up. This location is normally slow when I go and when I got there there were 2 works and 1 customer in the store. So how in the heck can you screw up 3 large subs with what you want on the ticket so bad...... next time I'll just go in cause that's the only way they never screw up my order or I'll just go somewhere else and spend my money on subs like submarin. At least they get it right and if they mess up they fix it not say ow well nothing I can do about it

Subway sends coupons to local addresses to encourage business. This particular subway is choosing to refuse ALL coupons or promotions. The hand made sign declaring this policy is posted at the order counter which is not in view until you're standing right in front of it ready to order. Social distancing meant I waited in line nowhere near the order counter for over 10 minutes since there was only one employee working at lunch time. The lighting was dim, the floors were wet and she refused to take my order with a coupon. I left and found another subway off mission ave. Bright, clean, friendly employees who happily took my coupon. Won't return to this subway in the future.
Not accepting coupons and the toaster was broken. Very nice and efficient workers tho
